I love the stay-in, everything is super clean and spotless. The cleaning ladies were very nice, and friendly and offered me help with my travel bags. The only complaint I have is a desk lady. I arrived at the hotel evening and she took me to my room without knowing my room was on the second floor. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and it is hard to take your bags to the second floor so many steps. I told her if I knew that my room was on the second floor I would book another hotel and she didn't say I'm sorry! She said to me “It is not too late to book another hotel, I was surprised by her answer. Everything else was pretty good 👍

This hotel advertises its 13 minute walk to airport but it is a 50 minute walk. The TV didn’t work and no Hot water when we arrived. Will not stay here again

Delightful staff. Some of the lights were out and the room was very dark. Also curtain rod not secure and drapes fell on ground when opening. Convenient airport shuttle. I didn't get my wake-up call in the morning but aside from these things would stay there again as the staff was so nice.

Just your average hotel. It is distant from Zagreb so taxi service is expensive. Transit stops within approximately 600-800 meters with service into Zagreb at a reasonable price.

This property is a motel in a residential area with a great restaurant. Available airport transfer makes this a perfect place to stay if catching an early flight.

Very close to airport .. but not walking distance. my family arrived very late but staff at reception were reassuring and still arranged airport shuttle for us. Would recommend.

This is a small hotel, more like a motel. It is very convenient to the airport so staying there when one has an early morning flight is advantageous. There is nothing else in the neighborhood; it is residential. The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent. Easy transfer to the airport arranged by the hotel.

Staff was great. Restaurant on property had a great menu selection and high quality food. Beds and shower were clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was prompt, even at 0500 in the morning --- 7 minutes from hotel to drop off at airport. Highly recommend Cool Hotel for a pleasant stay in the Zagreb area.

Great customer service, very helpful and very friendly. Extremely close to the airport and the shuttle service was perfect. We had one issue with cleanliness that was taken care of right away. The biggest concern was the amount of mosquitos and black flies in the room.

Cool or smoking HOT
Clean, small room, staff was fine. Tried to have shower at 5 am before flight, water switched repeatedly from burning hot to freezing cold. Contacted Hotels.com, hotel has not responded. "No-one available to offer discount or refund"
