Veliko Tarnovo Spa Hotel

"Our room was in the second building of the hotel. We were a bit far from the restaurant and you pass through a rather cold corridor. Everything else was excellent!"

"Quiet, generally comfortable but bed was not comfortable and room was cold and damp. Good breakfast, helpful staff. "

"Really good location and not too bad of a view. It says that they have spa, but you have to pay individually for any single of the amenities and had construction a room away from ours in the morning."

"We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
