“Great customer service”

“A lovely place and beautiful surroundings and a great breakfast and swimming pool . All in all a lovely short three night break Thankyou”

“We stayed for one night in the family suite. Big living space and 2 good sized bedrooms with aircon in each room. Kitchen facilities as well. Plenty of parking. Easy self service check-in. Breakfast was included in our rate. Not a buffet style but plenty of breakfast provided which was continental. Location quiet but a bit out from the centre. I did this and arrived within 15 mins of my estimated time but there was no one there when I got there. I then had to ring the hotel and a friendly female arrived very quickly. This hotel only had rooms and no other facilities. The bar restaurant was closed and only opened for breakfast the next morning. Basically the hotel was just rooms. My room on the ground floor which was for people with……

“The room was a decent size and clean. But 36° and no ac or even a fan . Surely the cost of a fan for each room is not hugely expensive.”
