“Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”.”

El desagüe de la ducha verde, bueno lo veréis todo en las fotos... La ventana del dormitorio no se cierra, literal, y da a la calle... Llamamos a los responsables y fueron muy amables, nos dicen que lo saben todo y que lo entienden, y que nos devolverán el dinero si lo pedimos a través de Hotels.com, por lo que cogemos otro……

“The property was nothing like the description. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work at all and the one in other bedroom didn’t work well. When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. Also none of the bike worked and the launders facility is a joke”
