“Awesome terrace! We loved this place! The owners, Sergio and Flavia's apartment is directly below this so their access and response was great. This is their attic, converted into an apartment. It is very nicely done. Since it is an attic the head room is low in some places. The main bedroom is directly off the kitchen, and you must climb into the bed. Also, it has no bedroom door. The living area is great, and it does have a fold out couch. It is a fourth-floor walkup then there are two more……

“This is a very nice home in the heart of Cannaregio, Venice. Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, Restaurants, Super market and shopping are all very close by. We enjoyed our stay at this home and would certainly recommend it to other. A couple of things to keep in mind. This home is on the second floor, so if you have luggage, you will have to carry it up 2 floors. The address to the home is a bit confusing and we had a little bit of trouble getting to the home. We took a taxi from the airport……

“The apartment was clean and spacious. You do have to go up two steep flights of stairs, so keep that in mind when carrying up luggage. Great location next to Vaporetto and very walkable to Saint Mark Square and surrounding area. Our only concern was we did not have heat the first night and no hot water. That did not get fixed until late in the next day. If we did not have that issue, I would give it five stars all the way.”

“Adriano met us at the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. He was very helpful! He showed us on a map where places to visit are, in comparison to where the apartment is. He also showed us a spot to go to when the crowds got to be a little much.The location of the apartment is excellent because it is in an out-of-the-way spot, but still close to good eateries, some shopping and walking distance to most places.The communication with Maria was excellent! She made sure we were settled in……
