「Very relaxing place for some wellness/yoga on a beautiful stretch of beach. A work in progress with some ongoing renovations and developments, but didn’t take away from the experience. Lovely and friendly staff, and fantastic yoga instructors. Will definitely be returning! 」

「Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too. However the wifi was a bit erratic 」

The decor was very tasteful and redone keeping traditional Goan heritage The property is brand new and am sure should wear in well with the lush green surroundings over time. 「It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」

「Wonderfully comfortable guesthouse in an oasis of calm, but also a great location, close to the main streets for eating and shopping. Run by a great host who can arrange taxi-tours and is very knowledgeable about local sights. I would recommend this lodging without hesitation.」
