Quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle! Easy to get to from the water bus drop off. Beautiful view of canal. Bedding could have been more comfortable overall.

Pleasant stay

Perfect location away from the many people who visit. Receptionist was accommodating when i arrived at 9 AM. I was able to leave my bags to explore until my room was ready. When i returned he brought my bags to my room while i was gone. Plenty of restaurants steps from the hotel. Easy to get to from the water taxi stop from the airport. Enjoyed the breakfast. Happy to stay here on another visit to Venice.

The room looked recently renovated and it felt like a brand new hotel from the room. The location was great and very walkable, in a local and authentic part of Venice.

Expensive for the quality

The location was good- away from busier areas but still well connected to other services. Late/after hours check in was easy and straightforward. The advertised rainhead shower didn't work, its nozzles encrusted with age. The hand-held attachment did howower but it was also encrusted and uncomfortable. The tap to control temperature and water pressure was, I suspect, long broken. The advertised 'down' bedding was in fact polyester fibre. The shower space leaked with puddles soon forming on the floor. The poorly applied 'Ventian' touches (gold trims for example) to inexpensive and poorly built furniture was a little unnecessary and added to the misleading and overall poor shower offer. The hotel was contactable via WhatsApp (their choice) but was unwilling to act or offer much support for the above issues. Despite this the room felt clean and was not uncomfortable.

Goste muito de forma geral da hospedagem. Só me incomodou um pouco, ter ficado no prédio anexo com escadas para acessar os quartos. Entendo que o café da manhã também deveria começar mais cedo, só tem inicio às 08.

Das Zimmer, vor allem das Bad war sehr eng und es hat immer wieder nach Abwasser gestunken. Die Lage war gut. Man ist schnell am Bahnhof und an den Hotspots. Eigentlich hätte gemäss Buchung noch eine Flasche Sekt im Zimmer sein sollen, dies war nicht der Fall.

Great View out to Canal

Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, 10 min walk to station and bus station. Lots of shops and food places around two great pizza places within 2 min walk. A very cheap supermarket in the alley next door. Room spacious and clean, hot water, great view to canal. Fridge and safe and bottle of bubbly in room. Staff friendly and helpful, map given on arrival. 20 min walk to main square. TV had several english movie channels which was a bonus and great WiFi. Would definitely return. Area is safe and quite tucked away in a courtyard and you can enter with a code.

Good value in Canareggio

My only complaint: the room featured a small internal courtyard-facing window which delivered very little natural light. Despite this, the price was fair, and I would stay again. The location is very close to the first vaporetto stop for the airport which is a big plus. The room was ample in size.

I would not recommend this property. We did not feel safe here. The lock to get to all the hotel rooms did not work and there were people waiting outside the gate, that clearly didn’t have a key, to get into the hotel. The bed had dirt on it and there were massive cracks on the floor that you could easily trip up on. You could hear every single conversation from the hotel room next door and whenever someone used the bathroom it was very loud so it would wake us up.

Great location

Excellent location in Venice close to tourist and local spots. Reception staff extremely friendly. Room was quiet and exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. Would not hesitate to book again!

Fantastic little hotel. An easy 15 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. Quieter location but still plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and the staff were really helpful. They even made us a takeout breakfast when we went out early to explore. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend
