Room was clean with updated amenities. We had two balconies and lots of natural light. It was about 20 minutes walking from the main bus station, but you can get regional buses from closer. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and perfect for sandwiches on the go (sneaky lunch for hike). Very nice!!
I had a great stay at Casa Peron! The location was perfect, close to the train station and within easy walking distance of Venice's main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for Venice, and we would definitely stay here again!
Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside is that it can be quite noisy at night until around 2 a.m., due to the nearby restaurants and bars. If you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs or request a quieter room if available.
The hotel was nice for a three day stay. Unfortunately we were on the third floor and since there are no elevators we did have to carry our luggage to our room. Plan to stay on the first floor, if you have heavy luggage. The AC worked great. Check-in was easy. Room was small but it worked ok for us. Restaurants close by.
Very friendly reception, quiet location very close to trainstation

Great location, friendly staff, clean and
comfy beds. The shower in our first room was broken. We spoke to staff the next morning and they immediately offered a new room with a working shower. In the new room, the shower worked, but some outlets and fixtures were still broken. Overall, not a bad experience but for $200 a night in early April, we expected a little more.
Small spaces, but perfect for just us 2. Excellent restaurant next door. Please note, if checking in after hours, the keypad is to the Left of the iron door on the leftbside of main door
Fredrica was excellent communicating with us prior to arriving. Room was a full bed with private bath. We’re pleasantly surprised to see our room had a private balcony. When we return to Venice, we will definitely look them up again
We had a lovely stay, and thank you for the bottle of wine left in our room for my partners birthday, nice little hotel for a city trip, near the buss and train station so would recommend getting them rather then the water taxi from the airport, in a very quiet area but just a short walk to the water busses into the main attractions, lovely traditional italian hotel, thank you x

Great location near the train station. This is important as you have to carry your bags up a few bridges. Comfortable. Shower pressure a bit low, otherwise fine, I would stay there again for sure
Great location walkable distance from bus station (Piazzale Roma). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and beds for 2 adults and 2 teens traveling together! We were not disappointed and found the place clean and comfortable.
Shared toilet was clean and kept stocked. Shower is in the corner of the room, which we got a kick out of. No lift available and stairs are a bit steep with luggage. Lots of eateries nearby.
The room was alright, with air conditioning. Bed was clean and comfortable. As everything in Venice, it is a bit small and you have to climb stairs to get to it and into it. We communicated through the staff of the pizzeria next door to check in and when there was a problem. The restaurant is good!

Location was great. Room was small. Shower in bedroom vs bathroom otherwise good
Check in and check out were easy. The location was very convenient. It’s about a 20-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and the main tourist area, while the bus and train stations are only about 10 minutes away. There are also plenty of restaurants, grab-and-go food options, and grocery stores nearby. Some of the grocery stores, including Conad, had good freshly prepared lunch and dinner options as well as a bakery section, which ended up being one of our favorite and most convenient ways to eat.
There is also a self-service laundry with washers and dryers about a 10-minute walk away, if you need it.
The room itself was quite small. The AC worked okay, but the Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent. The shower was clean. We had a small balcony, but it overlooked an interior alley that wasn’t particularly appealing. The bed was quite firm for my preference, although we didn’t hear much noise from the neighboring rooms.
The building does not have an elevator, so be prepared to take the stairs if you’re staying on an upper floor—we were on the top, which was the third floor.
The listing mentioned breakfast for about €5, but we didn’t notice this being offered. Honestly, though, we felt that getting breakfast or freshly prepared food from the nearby local grocery stores was a much better option.
Great location and amazing service. Federica went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and helpful. I'd love to return to beautiful Venice, and if I do, I'll definitely stay here again. Walking distance to train station and tons of restaurants within a couple of blocks.
