struttura nel complesso molto bella ed accogliente in una zona molto tranquilla con camere silenziose specie quelle rivolte verso il giardino, colazione non all'altezza, pranzo e cene di buona qualità, qualche problema con il funzionamento elettronico delle porte, della ventola del bagno, del riscaldamento, che a seguito segnalazione la struttura non è stata in grado di risolvere salvo cambiandoci di camera, eccellente intervento della direzione che si è dimostrata disponibile e cortese a risolverci le problematiche rispondendo subito ai disagi sopportati. Fuori dalla confusione, ottimo servizio motoscafi da e per S. Marco, compreso nel soggiorno.

En perle litt vekk fra den værste turist stimen!

Hotellet ligger fantastisk til med utsikt mot Markusplassen. Store og flotte rom, super service og fint hageanlegg. hotellet består av flere gamle og flotte bygninger, alle med særpreg. På godværsdager er det fantastisk å spise frokost eller middag ute i parkanlegget. Et hotell vi har kommet tilbake til, og er like fornøyde med hver gang.

Beautiful and peaceful hotel. You take the boat to go to the sister hotel in San Marcos, it is complimentary. The boat departure every 30 mnts. The last hour to take it is at midnight. This is the only inconvenient that we found in the hotel. You have to plan ahead you departure and return to the hotel. Beautiful garden. The breakfast is complimentary. The staff and front desk are very helpful and professional. We had such a great time

My friends and I were delighted with The Bauer Palladio. It was spotless and all the staff were friendly & efficient. Beds, pillows, linen, towels dressing gowns & slippers were 5*. Having the free hotel water shuttle to the Bauer Palazzo, their sister hotel, was a real bonus - a drink on their roof terrace is a must. Breakfast was very good with excellent scrambled eggs to help yourself to. It wasn’t advertised, but you could order poached or fried eggs at no extra cost. In the lounge you could help yourself to glasses of fizzy or still water and that was a nice touch. It was a joy to laze in the garden and have breakfast on the terrace, although it was a shame the pool was closed as it wasn’t heated. We ate dinner there one evening and the food was nice. My friends and I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Es war in Ordnung. Wir haben es schon besser erlebt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war deutlich magerer als gewohnt, der Service beim Frühstück ließ einige Wünsche offen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas spartanisch, es gibt zum Beispiel keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme und wir hatten an zwei der drei Tage nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen.

very unusual property set in old church, great ambience and great views of venice. Complimentary shuttle boat is really cool. Breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant in the evening is very good with excellent food and staff.

The service and staff were amazing!! So attentive. A beautiful property away from the crowds of Venice but a short (free) shuttle to main part of Venice. Honestly couldn’t wait to get back to guidecca and the Bauer Palladio.

Magical Oasis across from Piazza Saint Marco, What a hidden gem with complimentary water taxi taking you back and forth to their sister hotel - the Bauer Palazzo, which is practically next to Piazza St Marco (aka St Marks Plaza). We stayed in their newly renovated/furnished Convento in the back building amidst the glorious gardens - like being in an Italian Jane Austen film with a bit of the Secret Garden. SOO loved our stay. Staff is incredible - always so helpful - from the bellman to the front desk to the servers to the housekeeping to room service. They make a HUGE effort to assist you in every way.

There is a lot of antique interior in the house. And the beautiful gardens are very quiet. You have to take a shuttle boat to the Bauer Hotel for to use a fitness center and make your workout. There is a boat stop of several vaporetto lines and the linea rosso of Allilaguna to get to the airport or the cruise terminal.

The public rooms are charming. My room lacked proper lighting. There was a step from the bathroom into the bedroom which was simply dangerous. The service was wonderfully friendly and efficient. The garden is fantastic, and the breakfast was super. We will come back again.
