Beautiful house, fully renovated within minutes to Venice, Manasota and Nokomis Beach. Fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Nature in this house is beautiful with singing birds in the mornings. You will love it.
Please note that there is studio in the converted garage with a separate entrance, separate patio.

This property was the perfect place for my husband and I, along with our 2 furbabies, to stay while exploring Venice and the surrounding area. The fenced in backyard and screened lanai were a bonus. The house was clean and comfy and the hostess couldn't have been any more accommodating! She returned my call immediately when I needed help. We fell in love with Venice and we will definitely rent here again!

Wonderful Home in a Great Location!

Home recently renovated just as described. Great lanai and fenced in back yard. Fully equipped with everything you’ll need including beach chairs, towels and umbrella! Conveniently located 10-15 from beaches, parks, restaurants, golf courses and more! Property contact responds immediately.

Great Stay.

Great stay for the month. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean. Loved the lanai. Lena was quick to respond to our questions. My suggestion would be to have some information regarding the streaming tv’s and information regarding trash pick up and what is expected on check out day. We would definitely stay again.

Like it with a flaw

Listing was for house. Lots of pictures showed whole front and back of house. Was shocked one day to hear noises of people on side or the house. Here the one car garage was rented as an efficiency and table and outside chairs were theirs to use.
