I cannot give this apartment hotel enough amazing compliments! The apartment itself had a unique and cool decor, as well as it contained all amenities we required for a 4 day stay in Venice. It is right beside Rialto bridge and within a short walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in Venice. The property staff clearly communicated with us everything we needed to know for travel to and from the hotel, as well as lots of restaurants and options in the area. Andrea was such a delight! She provided us so much information, including providing multiple options for returning to the airport and eventually arranging a private airport taxi (boat) at the end of our stay. She allowed us to store our luggage on the day we checked out until we left later that day. I highly recommend this property!

Total gem!
Angela was amazing. She gave us some good pointers and helped us get a reservation at one of the best restaurants in Venice. The kitchen was great there and we had two bedrooms. Very convenient as well. 5 stars all the way.

Great service and great location. They managed to accommodate to our arrival to meet and guide us to the room. Room was clean and staff was very family friendly, brought us toys for our daughter.

Great location!
+ve: Clean, secure and quiet 1 bed apartment with aircon, safe, dishwasher and washing machine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located very close to the Rialto bridge and the Rialto Mercato ferry stop (which means you don’t have far to carry your luggage) -ve: Very few plug sockets, kitchen cupboards can only be accessed by giants and no kitchen knives

Best apartment in Venice
Completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment in a perfect location adjacent to the Rialto markets & very nearby to the Rialto Bridge. Modern kitchen with full cooking equipment & excellent washing machine for doing the laundry. Highly recommended !!

Excellent accomodations and friendly staff except we needed a place to leave our luggage early in the morning so we could go out and tour, and there was no place to do so. The owner would not come in any earlier to accommodate this request. I had to wait outside the premises for an hour and a half in the morning until somebody came to open the front door to store our luggage for the day. Otherwise, the accommodations were excellent.

Comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location.
Loved it! Brilliant location - 50 metres from the Rialto markets Waterbus stop (route #1) and 100 metres to Rialto Bridge, so you can explore most of Venice by foot. Apartment was modern, comfortable and well equipped. Staff will meet you at the Waterbus and provide very helpful information about the apartment and Venice.

Clean, modern and excellent location
Situated right next to the Rialto Bridge we were in a great location to reach all the tourist areas of Venice. Elena met us from the water taxi stop at Rialto Marcato to show us to the apartment which was literally just round the corner. Apartment was clean and spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. All the hotels in Venice are very oldy worldy but being a young couple this apartment was perfect for us and a lot cheaper. We would highly recommend and happily stay here again.

The service here was impeccable. Very nice staff and a great place to stay if you want to be right on Venice. Only problem people may have is all the noise at night since it is right there in a great location

Fantastic location
Fantastic location just steps from Rialto Bridge. Apartment was spacious, well equipped and very quite. Only negative was we were asked to pay $49 on arrival. $24 of which were city taxes and we were expecting to pay that however, the other $25 was a cleaning fee. It said on our Expedia confirmation that only city taxes to be paid and all other fees were included in the overall price we paid. We asked for a receipt .... which has been promised by emailed 3 times but we are still waiting. I know it's only $25 but if feels like a scam.

Very convenient location
Within 5 minutes to Rialto Mercato, Rialto vaporreto stops and loads of shops. Can do self catering as fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine all available. More than enough space for dining and relaxing. Only possible drawback is small bathroom but fully equipped - just felt a bit cramped compared to the generous space elsewhere in the apartment.

Fantastic location
Excellent apartment. The service was very efficient, good communications beforehand and rep even met us off the water bus and took us to the apartment which saved us having to find it. The location is the best bit, very central just right near the Rialto bridge and the Rialto Mercato for lovely fresh fruit and veg, meat and fish. The apartment is very modern -especially for Venice, Wifi was good too. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

This was our first trip to Venice and we can't wait to go back! The accommodation was perfect - comfortable, modern, spacious - and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. No view, in fact very little natural light, but a quiet haven in the midst of the market and just a stone's throw from the Grand Canal. Just lovely.

Amazing Experience
Our stay at Ca' della Scimmia was perfect. The staff is nice and caring they provided great advices on what to do and see .The location is perfect a few steeps from Rialto bridge and the market which allows you to pick up fruits and pastries for breakfast. The apartment was clean and bright and it felt like we lived in Venice for a few days. It was a overall lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel without any hesitations.

Almost too good to share
For a couple, this apartment felt huge and bright - especially for Venice. Everything was spotless - great comfy bed and big couch; small but fine cooking area with all basics provided, lots of room to sit around the kitchen table. Really decent shower. We were working so this was the perfect haven to come back to and enjoyable to spend time in. The location is very central. I now can't imagine staying anywhere else. Only gripe was the inability to put my credit card through remotely but we ended up paying cash on arrival so it didn't matter much. My only suggestion for improvement is the apartment would have looked even better with a painting or two on the walls - an abstract maybe!

Spacious rooms in a perfect location
It's been already my 7 or 8 visit to Venice, so i dare to say that i know the city pretty well. I can recommend Ca' della Scimmia without any doubt. You'll get very good quality for a more than fair price. The location is perfect - close to Rialto, mercato, close to San Polo, the vaporetto stop is 30 sec away. For me personally is cruciall to have enough place in a hotel or appt. It's difficult to find a spacious room in Venice, especially in the center, usually hotels are offering 20 sq m for the outrageous prices. In this respect Ca' della Scimmia is a pleasant exception - rooms are so spacious that you can easily invite friends for dinner:) and you'll find everything necessary to cook this dinner-kitchen is fully equiped. Knowing that travellers also like to hear about disadvantages, here is the only one i can think of - the isolation of the rooms is not excellent. Let's say...the travelling romantic couples should be aware of that:)) anyhow i would recommend the place to anyone. Another detail to add - my local Venetian friends were also pleasantly surprised with Ca' della Scimmia, i guess this speaks for itself!
