  • The apartment is located in the historic heart of Venice, one minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and 8 from Piazza San Marco.
    It is ideally located for visiting the city and enjoying the atmosphere it offers: just a few steps away are the Rialto Bridge, the famous Venice market, the Casino, the Fondaco dei Tedeschi, luxury store with a spectacular terrace on the Canal Great, where you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the city, Piazza San Marco as well as numerous patisseries, bars and typical restaurants.
    Silent and attention to detail, it has been recently restored but retains the typical Venetian identity of the area in which it is located.

Great communication from owner regarding the reservation and made the check in process easy. The location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was huge. If I were to go back to Venice I would stay again for sure.

Happy we picked this place!

Very clean, great location, excellent hosts who helped us with arrangements for the train, the Alilaguna and vaporetto and again in general getting around as we had no experience traveling in Europe.

The apartment is in a perfect location and quite spacious. The walks to all of Venice's sites were always within 15 minutes. Gilberto was very communicative and easy to work with. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to everything we wanted and tourist spots, but was very quiet in the apartment. It was very roomy and safe. And very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location in Venice

Walk from train station was about 15-20 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Property was clean, safe, and owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Great Location

The apartment was in a great central location and had all of the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. There seemed to be something off with the plumbing, as the toilet and bathroom had a rather stale smell, but other than that, the place was great!

Cute little apartment!

My husband and I stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon and it was wonderful! So clean and very cute! It’s in a great area and easy to find with the directions provided, the host was very flexible with our late check in and provided great recommendations! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

Perfect Apartment

This apartment was truly close to everything. Perfect for our visit to Venice. Crepes and Gelato near by as well as Coffee for in the morning. Beds and amenities as described. More than we needed for 3 days. Loved it.

Great Location

The location is quiet and perfectly located. Nice bakery and best geletaria within 50 feet. Didn't notice the five flights of stairs with no lift/elevator when booking so should take that into consideration. We were fine with it!

Great visit in Venice

Micol was a gracious host and very helpful before and during the stay. The apartment is very nicely furnished with a good amount of personal care products and kitchen supplies. The air conditioner worked very well. There are quite a few stairs so don’t bring lots of luggage. It was a great place.

The location was great and the price was good, but it is much smaller than you think. We liked it had a clothes washing machine (very useful in the summer in Venice), and its location was absolutely awesome. The AC worked (though it took a long time to cool down since it only blew into the center/foyer and none of the bedroom). It was, however, very small. The pictures/photographer deserves quite the complements for making the property look much larger than it is. Kitchen was serviceable, but there was not enough cabinet space for the dishes there (they're in the dining room cabinet). No dishwasher. The bathroom was absolutely tiny. I'm a slightly shorter than average man and not terribly broad, but the shower was positively claustrophobic. Getting to the toilet was a tight squeeze as well--literally maybe a foot to 18" between the shower wall and the towel rack/radiator that you had to pass through to get to the toilet. If you're a bigger person, you would not be happy with the restroom/shower situation, at all. It's also three flights up a narrow staircase, which wasn't a problem for us, but if you're larger or elderly, it might be a problem. I'd stay there again, though. The location and quality/price were good.

Absolutely excellent apartment exactly as described and shown in the photos. Great communication with the host and brilliant meet and greet service at the boat terminal at Rialto Bridge. Literally 1 minute to Realto Bridge and all the conveniences you will need. One thing to note though, this apartment is on the top floor with about 40 steps and no lift so may not work for those less mobile. We loved it and would highly recommend if you want to stay in the centre of Venice at a home from home.

Fabulous Apartment

Super clean and functional apartment in a tremendous location. Shopping, restaurants and water very close and we loved this area. We loved the entire experience, EXCEPT, the 4th floor walk-up. 42 narrow stairs up to this apartment. We just happen to have to many pieces of luggage and at our age this was a chore. Mgr, alerted us to a Porter Service down on the docks, but this was after we were already at the location. We will definitely stay here again on future visits with less luggage. Great owner/operator to work with and book and provided great service to us. Also Rental Mgr was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Great property to stay in Rome! Great location and within walking distance of many attractions. It was a perfect size for my daughter and myself. Olivia even let us check in early and had no issues with communication. Several restaurants nearby and a grocery store. Street was quiet and the air conditioning worked great, which was a must with 98 degree temperatures!
