Clean. you must meet in person for a key between 10-3 pm. Since wait for water taxi is long must pay extra fee for after hours. Coffee moka pot does not wk on induction stovetop. Nearby cafe. First floor entrance but first floor apt had 13 stairs. Forgot my GLP injection in fridge called hour afterwards not able to retreive. Overall better comfort found in city where tourists are greater than population. Design and pictures are nice but comfort is lacking in many respects.
