We were told that the apartment building had a lift. It does not! The apartment is on the third floor. As two of us have mobility issues it spoiled it for us. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped although some of the kitchen tools need replacing - loose handles on cooking ladles and blunt knives. It was also very cold during our stay in October and the bedding was of insufficient weight and warmth. Having said that, the building and neighbourhood are pleasant and quiet.It is a great base for people with no mobility issues and the host was pleasant and helpful. The tram and bus were very close and ran frequently so a car is not necessary if staying in Veneta.

Antonio, the host was amazing. Communication was great. He was always responsive and would go above and beyond to help. The place is as advertised. There's plenty of room for 6 adults, although we were 4 adults and two teenagers. The downside is that the apartment is on a third floor of a condo with no elevators! So if you're carrying 50 pound-luggages it's not going to be a good experience! The condo is residential, therefore, it comes with noise restrictions. You must be quiet in or out of the apartment. This is not a tourist location, therefore, not to many dinning or shopping options. It is, however, really close to the Marco Polo Airport, just 10 minutes! So if you looking to be near the airport this would be a great place to stay.

Das Appartement ist schön, aber: Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer und wenn man - wie wir - mit weniger Personen anreist, die nachts ihre ein eigenes Schlafzimmer haben wollen, wird ein Schlafzimmer abgeschlossen und dürfen wir nicht alle 3 Schlafzimmer benutzten. Das Schlafzimmer wurde verschlossen, wir durften nicht hinein, obwohl wir den vollen Preis für das Appartement bezahlt haben. Dies find ich unmöglich. Dies wird auch im Inserat nicht erwähnt. Deshalb hier schlechte Bewertung. Wenn, das soll dies erwähnt werden oder einen Teil vom Mietpreis zurückgegeben werden. Auch Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden, wenn voll, muss man doch auf der Straße parken. Kostenlos ist es schon. Die Verbindung zu Venedig ist echt gut, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, aber man hört nachts auch der Verkehr beim offenen Fenster. Schade. Auch die Reinigungskosten sind hoch und das Geschirr im Schrank war zum dreckig, der Vormieter hat dies sicherlich verschuldet, aber eine Kontrolle der Reinigungsfirma wäre gut gewesen. Für uns war es sehr unschön. Auch WLAN funktionierte nicht, wurde aber nach 2 Tagen repariert.

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, très calme,et lumineux.Bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très réactif et de bon conseil.Le tramway à 50m de l appartement est très appréciable. Une adresse à conserver.Antonio est un hôte parfait.

Wij verbleven 12 dagen met een gezin van 5 personen in deze woning en vonden het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het appartement heeft voldoende slaapkamers en alle voorzieningen om zelf eten te bereiden. Op korte loopafstand een supermarkt, pizza- en ijswinkels. De WIFI, belangrijk voor de tieners, was prima. De tramhalte is inderdaad heel dichtbij en omdat je redelijk aan het begin van de lijn zit, is er voldoende zitplaats voor de rit naar Venetië. De gastheer heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen en tips gegeven m.b.t. activiteiten en inkopen. En was bij vragen gedurende het verblijf steeds snel met reageren. Andere leuke dagtrips vonden wij de Prosecco route en het zwemparadijs Caribebay. Goed bereikbaar met de auto vanuit Mestre.

Une arrivée compliquée avec un taxi annulé... problème résolu à l'aide du propriétaire ! Un contact rapide et efficace. Disponible et près à vous rendre service. Un appartement, propre, fonctionnel et moderne. Des petites attentions fortement appréciées (café, sucre, une bonne bouteille offerte- nécessaire ménage - linges de lit et de toilette ultra propres - bref tout est conforme à la description. Aucune hésitation à avoir. C'est le bon plan ;) A complicated arrival with a cancelled taxi... problem solved with the help of the owner! A fast and efficient contact. An apartment, clean, functional and modern. Little attentions greatly appreciated (coffee, sugar, a good bottle of wine - necessary cleaning - ultra clean bed and bathroom linens - in resume everything is in accordance with the description. No hesitation to have. It’s the right plan;) Thanks Antonio.

Two adults and five kids (ages 5 to 18) spent three nights in Antonio's wonderful flat! Compact and yet plenty of space! Very well-furnished, secure parking, and a great location on the mainland just a minute from a tram stop with direct access to the old city! The wi-fi passed the teenager test with many people using it simultaneously! We took the tram (about 35 minutes) in to Venice both days and came home to a quiet apartment with plenty of room for everyone to eat dinner and relax! Antonio met us the first day and showed us around. The flat had plenty of bedding, towels, dishes, useful kitchen accessories - everything we could need. We chose to drive to a large grocery store a few kilometers away but there were other smaller options within walking distance. If you're planning a trip to Venice and considering staying on the mainland, I'd recommend this flat! We'd come again!
