The room and bathroom pictures are deceiving. The bathroom is so small that if you are on the pot you are almost touching the shower door and the sink and if you have a phone in your hand it’s touching the door. The pictures shown are mostly of the bathrooms that are outside the bedrooms. The room bathrooms are really tiny with the sink smaller than 10inches. The ac was unplugged don’t know if it works, had to open the window to sleep. Overall not a family friendly place. Room was clean so bag packers can stay at best.

立地が本当に最高です！いろんな口コミにもある通り、階段や坂が多いヴェネツィアでキャリーバッグひいて歩くのはきついので、駅から歩いてすぐのこのホテルは最高でした。バスタオルフェイスタオルハンドタオル、プラカップ、ソープ系など、滞在に必要なものは揃ってました。バスルームもフロアに二つあったので、困ったことはなかったです。荷物保管は、フロントのスペースにそのまま置いておく形になります！最高の滞在でした。ありがとうございました！

The hotel bedrooms needs to be completly updated. The bathrooms were tiny old and rust was on the ceiling. The toilet attached to the wall was wobbley. The bedding was old, the beds were on spring frames. There were no tv's in the bedroom. Great location and the all of staff extremely nice, helpful and professional.

Hotel Rossi was unbelievable! The staff were extremely communicative, respectful, clean, and comfortable. We cannot wait to come back and experience more of Venice, and we hope to stay at Hotel Rossi again. I would recommend this establishment every time!

We chose this location as it was close to the train station. It was tucked in off of a main road which was nice so it was less noisy. The rooms are extremely small and there was no hot water or a/c (broken). We also had no towels when we checked in, we asked for towels when we went out exploring and were told some would be put in our room - came back and no towels. We asked again when we left in the morning and were assured we would have towels - half way thru the day when we went back still nothing. Housekeeping was going thru so we grabbed some towels and extra toilet paper. The front desk is only staffed from 10ish till 8. I would not recommended.

The place was very bad, very small room, a huge and dysfunctional wardrobe that had no use, the bed was so shabby and poor we tried not to move in the bed not to break it entirely, the window didn’t open, almost, no hairdryer, no proper towels. And the price for all this is crazy! The service was fine, we arrived after 8, so we were given instructions to get in, the lady checking us in the next morning was fine. The location was good but we had hard time finding the place as it was not on the street but somehow inside an arch. It’s not ok, unless you’re just dropping off bags and not planning to spend even an hour!

Room is super small. Shower is a small section in corner next to toilet. I only saw someone there once. They were very understanding regarding our disrupted travel and allowed our son to check in without us which was a huge help & we definitely appreciate that.

Check in takes awhile because hotel requires passport info for every guest. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Rooms do not have basic needs such as working AC, shampoo. Only one outlet in the room (and one in the bathroom). Toilet doesn't work properly half the time.
