Lovely little, I assume family run, hotel. Had the best sleep there and rooms were generally quiet. Fantastic pool area with its own ‘beach’ Great for families.
Only downside was that the shower needed a really good clean.

The property could do with some tlc. Our bathroom was lacking a plug in the sink, and the wall clock needed a new battery. We had a cot in our room too, I've no idea why, but it was an obstruction that we could've done without. The staff were friendly and I loved my midnight swim in the outside swimming pool. Parking is plentiful. The bus into Venice is a short walk away and the journey doesn't take long.
The grounds of the property were great and the customer service was good and rooms were clean. The problem was the AC or lack of AC in the rooms, they have it locked so you can’t turn it down and it was so hot in the rooms that my family couldn’t sleep. I had chosen this place because it was close to the airport and I had a 6am flight to catch.
The WiFi was down which was inconvenient. The AC on full blast didn’t cool down the room a lot. The breakfast in the morning was mediocre. The customer service was great and made the stay welcoming
This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available.
You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper.
All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!
We chose this hotel for three reasons: proximity to the airport, a restaurant on site, and air conditioning. Out of those three only the airport worked out. The restaurant was closed, because they had an event booked. The A/C did not work. When we arrived there was no staff to check us in. We waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in.
Extraordinarily helpfull and considerate service from Felicia Bonjonca at the reception. At her own suggestion she got up extra early and prepared us a ‘take along’- breakfast to bring to the airport ‘freshly baked croissants’👍😊

Friendly and welcoming
Friendly and welcoming . Very clean. Hiccup with the shuttle to airport which I’m waiting to be resolved.
Lots of public transport options.
Hotel wasn't clean, bathroom flooded due to showere screen not fitting. Hotel advertised as pizza restaurant however we couldn't order pizza. There was a private party on the night of our stay with loud music playing til midnight, we couldn't get to sleep. The photos of the hotel on line are not a true reflection of the hotel.
2 star hotel, My room was minuscule...old style..bed against the wall. Breakfast left much to desire, and I was asked to pay in double due to an error from the receptionist. Also a lack of english skills from the hotel personnel made this situation even more frustrating to me. Luckly it was solved by gestures.
Unfortunately the hotel was not nice and relaxing days by the pool as we thought. There were parties for kids every day and they were running and screaming until around one at night. And the walls did not silence the sound. No air conditioning. Poor breakfast. Location in the middle of nowhere, luckily quite close to the airport. The staff was somewhat okey. Would not recommend and was not worth the money.
Absolutely terrible, DO NOT STAY!! Black Mold in the bedroom and hallway, insects, smells musty and dirty, visibly dirty, someone is living in one of the other rooms, creepy, noisy, no air conditioning and just beyond gross!!
My wife and I left at 10pm and would not return for our two night stay, I would rather pay the extra money at the Hilton than stay in this place ever, DO NOT STAY!!
I cannot warn you enough, DO NOT STAY!!
Disgusting and gross on so many levels!
Hotels.com should not allow people to book here!

Air does not work. No fans in rooms. It is HOT even in June. Prepare to step out of a cold shower and sweat! Also restaurant was in a complete mess. Some food arrived fast but plates not at all or 1 hour later and cold. Just needs a stricter manger I think…
