Unique experience. Hotel is perfectly located and very clean. Staff consists of one person! He may be the owner/operator - not sure. Delightful and helpful. Room was clean but bed was very soft and bathroom had little to no space for items . Just a heads up that there is no elevator and the stairway to the second floor is long - see hotel photo.

Claudio maintained contact with us through our entire stay. The location was perfect, it was a 30 second walk to the main canal and the minutes from local grocery store. The entire Venice experience was exceptional because of our stay at Il Pozzo magico! We were co comfortable and we felt safe. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Interesting visit to Venice with a nice stay at this small four-room hotel. Glad to have received communication from Claudio, the manager, so that we could find it and use a code to get in. Very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, other guests were friendly. Were able to store our luggage, although we were charged to do so (other hotels on our trip provided that for free).

The room was clean and very large. Easy to get into the building. Very nice place in a convenient location. Easy walk to shops and the Rialto bridge. I would stay here for any future trip to Venice.

Our stay in beautiful Venice 🤗

Very easy access 2 minutes walk from water taxi to hotel , host very helpful room was very clean . Bed was comfortable but sofa had to do but was fine for 2 nights . Ideal location would stay again.

Claudio was friendly, helpful, and welcomed us when we arrived. The hotel is simple, in a quiet and less touristed area of town, yet still central for exploring. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay again there if returning to Venice.

Beautiful place. We rented the apartment downstairs. Concierge was waiting for us when we checked in. Hotel was central to many very good shops and eateries. Room was roomy and newly renovated. Will stay again. Only about 300 feet from the water taxi on the grand canal

Very close to train station, rialto bridge and St Marks square 15-20 minutes. Also de line number 3 is less than 5 minutos walk. Claudio is very helpful, he gave us all the information to get around Venice. We stayed at the apartment, good size for the 4 of us, 2 adults and two teenagers. Will recommend this place, and will come back in future.

Great location, down the street from a water metro stop and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Room and bed were comfortable. Staff is part time, but while they were there they were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags there since we arrived before check in time. Rooms are up a large stairway and there is no elevator.

Property was very beautiful inside. Rooms All clean and beautifully decorated. Claudio greet us for check in and we let the luggage there. Check in is at 2:30pm. They dont have iron that was the only thing I didnt like because I had to change my outfit. But overall very good. You have to pay 2 euro per luggage for storage after check out (is at 10am) Didnt like that either but paid it and it was worth it. Safe place. I was there only for a night but was very peacefull. I will come back!!
