Cozy apartment at the first floor with Air Conditioning:
1st double room with bed 160x190 cm, wardrobe and desk;
2nd double room with balcony, bed 160x210 cm, wardrobe and desk;
bathroom with shower, bidet, hair dryer and hot air fan heater;
kitchen with oven, stove, washing machine, plates, glasses, pots, cutlery;
living room with terrace, sofa, table, Tv, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, squeezer, coffee machine.
Enjoy to live the mainland of Venice, free parking and cheap restaurants.

The apartment has everything you shall need during your journey in Venice, we have a big kitchen with a nice living room with all you need for cooking.
The entire apartment is at your disposal, it is at the first floor but there are only 10 steps.

Bien placé et calme

Location propre et bien équipée. Le tramway et les commerces sont proches. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique. C’est une bonne adresse à retenir. Le seul (petit) bémol est le canapé qui est un peu petit et pas tellement confortable...
