Spezielle und empfehlenswerte Adresse, nicht nur für Biennale BesucherInnen

Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder. Eine top eingerichtete Wohnung, alles da, auch unerwartetes (Wäscheklammern, Haushaltpapier). Sehr angenehmes, modernes Ambiente in allen Zimmern und praktisch eingerichtet mit viel Platz für den Kofferinhalt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, das Quartier gefällt uns, es ist authentisch und sauber. In der Ausschreibung hätte ich gerne noch 2-3 Fotos mehr gehabt von der Umgebung.

Great Location very quiet

Everything was great but could use more seating in the lounge. The shower was excellent and it was lovely having a good washing machine. Our host was a 1 fantastic. We plan on staying here again as do our friends.

Great Location!!

We stayed a week in Venice and we were lucky to call this place home for that time! It was near restaurants, the water bus, coop and parks! The lady he let us in was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time there!

Great experience

Very well furnished flat located in a quiet area. Easy access to museums and historic part. We really enjoyed staying here. Good contacts with owners for on boarding and out boarding.

A Gem in Castello

Beautiful 2BR apartment in Castello. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Recently renovated, comfortable furniture and amenities. Right around the corner from restaurants and the grocery store on via Garibaldi. Short walk to St Mark's Square, ferries are nearby. Communication with the property owner was perfect and the instructions were clear. If you've never been to Venice, don't expect Google Maps to lead you right to the apartment doorstep, pay attention to the map ;) We'll be back!

Modern und zentrumsnah

Ein perfekt renoviertes freundliches Appartment, modern eingerichtet. Die funktionale keine Küchenecke beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit großen Schränken, für 4 Personen bequem. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist zwar auch zu einem Bett auszuziehen, aber die Unterlage ist sehr unbequem. Schnelle und problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft finden sich Supermarkt und Geschäfte sowie Restaurants - und die Hauptausstellungsorte der Arte Biennale.

Franchement top

Accueil très chaleureux de Sylvia, malgré notre retard à l'arrivée. Appartement très propre, bien équipé. Il est un peu en retrait du centre de Venise, ce qui en fait un lieu très calme. L'accès reste néanmoins très facile.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé dans immeuble propre et en bon état.

A pied, à seulement 20mn de la place St Marc, moins de 8mn de l'arrêt multiple de vaporetto Giardini, 2 mn d'une superette, cet appartement calme au 1er étage est très bien situé. L'ensemble du mobilier intérieur est très correct. Dans les chambres, vastes placards de rangement et literie impeccable. Notre hôte nous a reçu très cordialement, nous offrant gentiment un gâteau de Pâques, et nous a donné la possibilité de stocker nos bagages pour une dernière journée de visite avant notre départ tardif pour l'aéroport. Nous recommanderons cette location aux amis qui souhaiteraient passer quelques jours dans la "Sérénissime".

Au calme, idéalement situé

C'est la seconde fois cette année que nous logeons chez Sylvia, et c'est la seconde fois que nous sommes enchantés, bien que ce logement soit différent car nous étions moins nombreux. Très satisfaits par le confort, les volumes, l'emplacement dans un quartier calme, au milieu des Vénitiens, le petit super marché tout proche, l'avenue Garibaldi à deux pas, le vaporetto lui aussi proche, l'accueil toujours aussi charmant. Nous recommandons sans restriction cette location pouvant accueillir aisément quatre adultes.

Clean but far away from attractions

The apartment was clean and well kept. Silvia was nice, she even helped carry our luggage. The apartment is in an OK neighborhood but far from center of Venice, buy multiple day Water Bus pass.

Hervorragende Wohnung in schönem Viertel von Venedig

Ruhige Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Viertel von Venedig und fußläufig zum Markusplatz. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als fünfköpfige Familie für einen Städtetrip braucht. Tolle Restaurants und ein Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Vacances en famille, comme à la maison

Très bel appartement correspondant parfaitement aux photos. Belle superficie avec ses 2 chambres, salon et salle à manger. La salle de bains est superbe. Parfaitement équipé avec même de quoi se préparer à manger. Très bien situé dans une partie calme de Venise proche de l'Arsenal, avec une supérette, des bars et restaurants et le Jardin Public de Venise à 2mn. Très calme pour se reposer de l'agitation du Centre. Nous avons passé un séjour idéal à 6 personnes avec 3 enfants. Merci Silvia pour votre accueil, c'était parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Bel appartement

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement très calme. Tout est neuf, propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont efficaces et sympathiques. la supérette est à 100m. Le quartier est isolé de la foule du centre ville et c'est tant mieux. Compter un petit quart d'heure pour se rendre à St Marc.

Très bonne adresse, nous vous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Appartement bien situé, rue calme, quartier sympathique, supermarché à proximité ouvert jusqu’à 22h. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la biennale. L’appartement est très propre et la cuisine bien équipée. Nous y sommes restés 5 jours au mois d’octobre et le lieu était chauffé. L’accueil fût agréable et les propriétaires très arrangeants. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Gute Lage, sehr gepflegte Wohnung - gerne wieder!

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit 3 Kindern (14, 9 und 9) sehr schöne Zeit in Venedig. Sehr helle und gepflegte Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küche). Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe. Die Lage passt hervorragend wie zur Erkundung von Venedig, so auch für Strandausflüge nach Lido und Ausflüge zu Inseln. Die Vaporetto-Stationen Giardini und S. Pietro di Castello sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief schnell und komplikationslos. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke Silvia!

Quiet, cosy apartment, best location for Venice Biennale

We enjoyed our stay of five days at this lovely apartment. It's quiet and clean, and very convenient to get grocery and food. Wash machine is very helpful for long stay. Highly recommend to art lover planning to visit Biennale!

appartement idéal pour 4 à 6 personnes

Bien placé, tout à coté de l'avenue Garibaldi, un peu éloigné de la foule, au top! Bien desservi par les vaporettos, au calme. Trés propre, placard bien rempli pour le premier petit déjeuner. Bref, un séjour super dans un super appart!
