Welcome to our new house in Venice, Florida! It’s beautiful single-story home with a spacious layout and a charming coastal modern design.
Located just minutes from the beautiful beaches, historic downtown Venice, golf courses, Shamrock Nature Park, Legacy Trail, dining, shopping, and kayaking, this brand new coastal home offers the perfect retreat for your beach getaway.
We’re confident you will enjoy your stay as much as our family does!
The space
As you enter the home, you are greeted by a bright and airy living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is boasting modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. It’s equipped with large island that doubles as a breakfast bar, perfect for casual meals or entertaining guests.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area , where you can enjoy meals with your family.
The mother-in-law suite is located on the opposite side of the house, offering privacy and comfort for guests or extended family members. The suite includes a bedroom, a full bathroom, a small living area, and a kitchenette, providing a separate space for relaxation.
