We had the full 2 bedroom apartment to ourselves. Checkin was super easy and the hosts communicated well over whatsapp. Rooms were nice and modern. There was no AC as it was winter but the heating was decent. We had no issues. There was no ironbox however. The place is next to a canal and walking from several imp places like Realto bridge, market etc. Wifi was slow (we had 4 devices connected to it) which was a little bit of bummer when in the night we came back from sightseeing and wanted to load pics or watch videos etc. There was some water dip noise coming from outside in the night which can be a problem if you are a light sleeper. We informed the owners and they said they’ll take care. All in all, a good stay. If it were not for the drip and wifi speed, would have rated 5/5.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff held onto our bags when we first arrived so we could go explore the city. This location was fantastic! Great restaurants around without being overly touristy. One thing to note - there are a lot of stairs getting to your room in the hotel. That’s the only thing that I wish I would have known! Otherwise it was great!

The air conditioning was a mobile type, which had been rigged up with one of the windows and fitted with mesh and Velcro. It formed a decent seal but I decided to disconnect it so I could close the window, because the window ajar meant a lot of noise from people passing in the street and mosquitos getting into the room. I had to kill 3 which were already there when I locked myself in. Location was great, fairly quiet but close to train station. Easily only a 10-12 minute walk with a small suitcase and backpack. Bed linens were clean but the duvet (which was not fully enclosed by the bed linens) was spotted and worn. Room was clean but a lot of spots in the roof and on the walls where previous tennents had killed mosquitos. Quite expensive but I think that’s just Venice as a whole. The room and bathroom lacks ventilation if you don’t open the windows. No air vents.

This property is very cute and cozy. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They helped provide dining recommendations as well as set up water taxi service for us to the airport. Check in was easy and the communications were clear and detailed. There are a lot of things to do and see within short walking distance!!

We loved this place to stay at while in Venice, it had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and safe and we’d absolutely stay here again. Communication with the staff was so easy and fast when we needed. It was a fantastic location to food and drinks and museums but not too busy like other spots in Venice can get with tourists. We truly loved Venice and this hotel really helped with that.

The location was incredible!! Perfect balance of being tucked away from all the touristy areas while still having easy access to get anywhere in Venice. This was a perfect stay for a couple! We had just enough space for the 2 of us and our luggage. We loved the local area, coffee shops, restaurants, and the piazza right outside was perfect for grabbing an evening spritz. Comfortable hotel and very helpful, pleasant communication from Luka. Close to Vaporetto stop (Venice water bus) and to reasonably priced bakeries and restaurants. Lots of street noise, but that is to be expected in a busy city in tourist season. Happy to recommend!

Wonderful stay!!

We loved staying here, the location was perfect...just a short 2 min walk from the water bus stop and easy walking to much of Venice. The patio view is stunning and peaceful from room #4. I would caution that it is up several flights of stairs to that room. We didn't mind, but some people might have issue. The access to the patio required use of a small step stool and thru a narrow window/door, again we didn't mind. Great value for those who can manage it. The hosts were really nice people, let us leave our bags securely before check in, gave us some great pointers on where to stay. This was a cozy boutique style hotel with only a few rooms and exactly what we wanted!

This place was so cute and charming! Bathroom is new and clean. The location is unbeatable. We walked all over town. Lots of local shops and restaurants around so loads of variety and was a lot more reasonably priced. The local supermarket was great and the local take out pizza nearby was delicious. The host was super lovely and looked after our needs promptly. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and a dining table. It was enough for us to have breakfast daily. Overall we loved our stay and I would highly recommend this place. I say BOOK!

J'ai aimé ma chambre qui était dans un secteur plus résidentiel de Venise. Tout près d'un canal. C'est environ 30 minutes du stationnement. Les propriétaires n'étaient pas là mais nous avons eu toutes les informations pour bien entrwr dans la chambre. Très clair et les questions sont répondues efficacement. La chambre est petite et l'air climatisée fonctionne mal. Au final, tout s'est bien passé.
