Entire stay was perfect. llaria is the perfect host. Totally responsive to messages and attention to details in the apartment. Location was perfect and the apartment was exactly what our family of 8 needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Venice

Watching to world go by!

Perfect location for our stay in Venice. My teenage son loved to upstairs bedroom. Ilaria was super helpful arranging transportation for us in the wee hours of the morning!

Perfect space for our large group

Top Notch!

Ilaria was a wonderful host, kept in good communication with us before, during and after our stay. She readily assisted with our transportation needs and was very accommodating. Great location in Venice

Owner is very helpful, responds quickly to questions whether months before arrival or if needed first thing in the morning. Location is great for the ages in our family (9 - 74 years)

Epic Grand Canal facing flat

Nine guest slept comfortably. Updated furnishing, complimentary snacks, plenty of room, and amazing location. Host wS an excellent communicator. She arranged water taxis from the airport and to the train station. Excellent meal right outside the door and great service. We highly recommend it was wonderful. Pack light it is on the top floor with many stairs.

Fabulous Venice apartment

This place was absolutely fantastic. Roomy well-equipped, clean and perfect location. Ilaria was extremely responsive and helpful even reserving transportation to and from the train station an airport. Definitely recommend this property!

Great location

This rental was exactly as described, and it was in the perfect location. It was very clean and uncluttered. The only thing people need to be aware of is you have to carry your suitcases up three flights of stairs. The host was very proactive and very helpful.

We were greeted by the host’s lovely son when we arrived by water taxi. He gave us a great summary of the space and the area. The host was very communicative and helpful. View and location is exactly as described in the listing.

Great apartment in a wonderful location!

This is a great place to stay in Venice. Ilaria is a wonderful host - a great help with transportation arrangements and with lots of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The location of the apartment is great - great views of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge and a short walk from many great destinations. This was my first trip to Venice, but I can't imagine a better location from which to explore the city!

Amazing place and location!

Amazing! Super place, great location…we just sat there many times watching out the window. You can’t get a better place. You are located right by so many caffe’s and eateries. The beds are very comfortable. You have your own personal AC. Plenty of room. And Ilaria was the greatest host. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Amazing Host and Stay!

Bravo!!! We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment, overseeing the Rialto Bridge! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our host and her son were so accommodating, they met us at the apartment and provided tons of guidance and support! They even secured us water taxis to and from the train station and airport! So helpful!! Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember!!

Amazing stay in Venice

If you are having any doubts about this property, drop them. This place was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The location was incredible. Easy walks to the ferry for Burano, the Basilica, the markets and the eateries. We had a group of 7, and we were all very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax, dependable Wi-Fi, good kitchen space. No issues with noise being so close to the Rialto Bridge. We had an issue with a tripped breaker (too many steamers and hairdryers going at once), but the host was quick to respond and we had the issue corrected in a timely fashion. I would have no reservations about staying in this location and if we come back, I would stay again!!

Wonderful!

Everything was wonderful! Our host made arrangements for us to get from airport to the property. We were greeted at the dock, escorted to the apartment. The location was perfect! Apartment clean, beautiful, comfortable, air conditioned. Couldn’t have asked for more. Our host was very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this property!

Extended Wedding Trip

We were in the Amalfi coast for a wedding and decided to visit Venice as well. Beautiful city! Even though there are way too many steps, according to my older aunt, this was an amazing, spacious 4 bedroom apartment overlooking the Rialto bridge. The host provided coffee, snacks and water! The apartment was exceptionally clean!

The best view in all of Venice!

The apartment is spacious and clean and the air conditioning works incredibly well. If youve visited Venice in the summer, you know how important this is. However, the view and location are the real stars. Waking up every day to look out at the Rialto over your coffee? Yes please! This property was worth every penny for our group and will abaolutely stay here again.

Amazing!!!

This property was fantastic with an amazing location right in the center of Venice. The host and her son were there to greet us and walk us through the property and give us recommendations on things to do! They were able to set up transportation for us to and from the airport and their communication was fast and helpful! They were fantastic hosts and we absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Venice!! The only negatives were a decent bit of stairs to walk up and poor water pressure in the shower, but nothing that we couldn’t handle!

Great Venice apartment in perfect location

The apartment is in an amazing location. You won’t have a problem finding it because it’s right next to the Rialto Bridge. Llaria was very helpful upon our arrival and for everything else. If you don’t want to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs then you may want to look for a different apartment. Our family loved the stairs! Grazie Mille!
