This airy apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the last floor of a building in one of Venice’s most renowned areas near Piazza San Marco.
It features modern furniture and light and relaxing nuances, which perfectly blend with the Venetian-style finishes, creating a cosy atmosphere.
This apartment stands out for its majestic view over San Marco’s bell tower, which the locals call “El parón de casa” (the landlord).
It has one triple bedroom with a double bed and a single armchair bed, and two double bedrooms. This property also includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a hob, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee machine, and two large bathrooms, both with a shower.
Its amenities include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Location - The apartment is situated in a favourite area, not only because it is behind S. Mark Square but above all for the easy access to Riva degli Schiavoni and its S. Zaccaria public water buses stop: 1/2/41/42/51/52/5/ALILAGUNA (from the Airport) and private Taxi.

Disembark the water boat(vaporetto) at San Zaccaria (San Marco), leaving the astonishing glimpse of San Giorgio island behind you and heading for the Riva degli Schiavoni.
Thanks to the nearby boat stop (San Zaccheria – San Marco) the apartment is also ideal for reaching the incredible islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, you will adore the fascinating route. These routes are the same routes that easily take you to PiazzaleRoma(bus station), the train station, the island of Tronchetto and Marco Polo airport (Venezia-Tessera)

Location is the only plus to this apartment. The pictures definitely make it look nicer than it is. We arrived with our son and another couple planning to stay for a week and celebrate our 30th anniversary. Long day of travel, NO HOT WATER. Sent message to Marco, host. Heard from him late morning next day. Finally was fixed late afternoon. We had hot water but one person could shower for maybe 2 minutes before cold shot out. I was 2 days uncovered at this point. Then the rain came. Next morning when I opened my son’s door, I slipped on water that was all over the floor. His ceiling was leaking across the room. Our bathroom also had a lovely leak as well. I didn’t enjoy having Orange water dripping on me while on the toilet. At this point, since most of us hadn’t showered yet and had been there 2 nights and it leaked and was just gross, we chose to find somewhere to stay.

Venice: Great location! Very clean!

Great location!!!! We loved our stay and it was so easy to get to. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a few steps. We loved the place! Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment in ideal location

This apartment was perfect for myself and two adult sons. We each had our own comfortable room, and we enjoyed the view. Right outside the front door are multiple restaurants, shops, and sites to see. We took the water bus from the train and it was a short walk from the stop, and then the private water taxi to airport which was only a tiny bit further. One word of caution: You must climb several steep flights of stairs to reach the unit. The apartment appears to be in the process of renovation, so a few things are not completed, but overall it was lovely. Marco was great with communication, and check in was a breeze.

Great Location

The apartment was perfect in every way except that one of the ac units wasn't working. The location couldn't be beat as it's centrally located with plenty of eateries within a couple minutes walk.
