About this property

Studio With Private Garden

  • A very romantic and peaceful place to stay located in a wonderful area where you can enjoy the unique Venetian lifestyle. In fact, this part of the city centre remains largely untouched by tourism (though the city’s main attractions are just a few minutes away), and here you’ll find—within a 2- to 5-minute walk—plenty of art and history, along with Venice’s best and most affordable bars and restaurants (along with a very convenient supermarket just 2 minutes away).

The garden is beautiful, spacious, and features a wonderful private water gate over the canal (with a gate you can open and close at any time)—and it’s all yours!

The actual studio apartment was not available due to damage from a falling tree. Our host was very kind and provided alternative accommodation for us and was in contact all the time to offer assistance.

Massimo. Un ospite come non c’è ne sono più. Complimenti!

Studio in Venetië

Beautiful Stay in a Beautiful City

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Venice! There was an issue with our original property, so we ended up in a different apartment, but Massimo was very accommodating and it was a non-issue. The place we stayed was beautiful and clean and Massimo was a very kind and helpful host.
