The apartment was located in a convenient area next to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, galleries, and transportation. The area was quiet, clean, and very safe. I would definitely stay there again...even with the stairs, lol.

We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit in Venice. We had a late arrival and were accommodated in a very helpful and friendly way by our host. The apartment was well stocked with the things we needed. Two mature couples (65) loved our stay in Venice, and this apartment was all we hoped it would be. We are glad to recommend it to fellow travelers.

The apartment was really nice, well-furnished, and inviting. It had a great kitchen, really good shower, and air conditioning. I really appreciate the owner coordinating someone to meet us at the boat station and walking us to the apartment. We had a couple of small issues that we worked through with the clothes washer, but other than that we thought the apartment and location were excellent. We would really recommend this apartment.

The unit was clean and comfortable, with a spacious and well-designed bathroom. The location is perfect right next to a supermarket, shops, and restaurants, and less than a 10-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square.There are just a few minor improvements that could make this place a perfect 10/10. The main issue was the mosquitos, which were quite a nuisance. Additionally, the sheets in the main bedroom looked a bit worn, the pillows were flat, and the pillowcases didn’t smell very fresh.That said, the host was responsive and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. With a few small updates, this place would easily be a 10/10 stay.

Good stay

The location of this place is good. Quiet neighborhood with a supermarket extremely close by which was really nice to have. Overall a good place to stay. Beds were okay and room enough for all. The shower is a bit quirky and not my favorite towels but worked okay. Communication and check in was good. Glad I was able to book it at the last minute.

Excellent place to stay in Venice

Place as advertised. Cosy, clean and very well located as a base to explore Venice. Loved the close proximity to the supermarket at a one minute walk. Would return and highly recommend.

Gorgeous apartment

Very comfortable, well supplied with high quality items, cutlery, beds etc. with plenty of space. One of the nicest locations we’ve ever stayed it. Hated to leave. Very close to a grocery store and several restaurants. Would highly recommend!!!!

Spacious Apartment

I visited with my family and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was large and very comfortable. It's in a great location. The hosts were very welcoming and supportive during our stay. The apartment is in a great location that didn't seem overly touristy but was very convenient. Would recommend!

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We spent 2 nights there and I regret not spending more.This is a spacious 2 bedroom with a good-sized living room, dining space and kitchen. Everything has been nicely updated. It is walkable to all the major attractions and there are great restaurants nearby.We will definitely look to stay here again on a future trip.

Great location

We had a quick two night stay in Venice and this apartment was perfect for our needs. It was in a great location for a home base while just roaming around Venice. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable for our family of five adults. Communication was great through WhatsApp and someone met us at the Sant’Angelo boat stop to walk us to the apartment. Highly recommended!
