- Opera Prima is a big and typical apartment full of charm. Nearby, the world's first theater, the historic fish market and the Gran Canal have shaped the area and the life of the house in the past.
The residence develops on the third and fourth floor, on a surface of 260 sqm, with an Altana terrace on the roof.
The 3 rooms have been newly renovated, with 2 bathrooms and a service toilet.
There is a huge vollingerichete kitchen, living room and an attic in Hinoko wood.
Only 150 meters from the Gran Canal, San Cassian Opera Prima is in the liveliest area of Venice, where at that time the trade made Venice mighty and famous, where still today the typical Cicchetti-Spritz are at home, where the Rialto Bridge imposing the 2 islands of the city connects
