    The 3 rooms have been newly renovated, with 2 bathrooms and a service toilet.

Such a great property if you want to skip the stuffy fancy hotel and live like a local for a few days. Walking distance to everything. The roof terrace was fun to hang out on and have a glass of wine. Host communication was great.

The location of this spacious apartment is amazing. Short walk to Rialto, wonderful open air food markets around the corner and still on a quiet small street. Mario met us and helped with check-in and orientation, and Valentina was immediately accessible for any problems or questions. Thank you for making our stay in Venice a wonderful family experience!

The home was perfectly described. The hosts were most kind allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in so we could enjoy the city as we had arrived in the city mid morning. They also gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. The property was perfect for our family. Easy to walk to everything.

Overall, good communication with host. Location was excellent! The home was comfortable, yet a bit outdated. Only disappointment was a miscommunication about mosquito control. Once addressed, the rest of the stay was very good.
