Very close to tram that takes you into Venice. Staff was super supportive for checking in after i lost my phone in the mountains. Shared bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall a great place to stay.

Quaint and adorable little hotel. Pictures are very accurate. The owners are so easy to deal with. They are great with communicating and so flexible. Our flight was delayed, but they sent instructions for after hours check in. They had a stocked kitchen with yummy snacks when we arrived. Our stay was very brief, as we flew out very early the next morning, but these guys made our quick stay very smooth and convenient.

Very close to tram to downtown Venice for only 1.5 euros. Comfortable bed, espresso machine and great food nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Self check-in was a breeze. The room was well appointed, the bed and linens were very comfortable. The tram to Venice was just a short walk away and the area had plenty of cafe’s and Patisseries close by. There’s also an automatic espresso machine in the lobby ready to make any kind of coffee you can imagine. We loved our stay there after our cruise.

The property was amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and even helped us get to the airport at 3am. I would highly recommend this property as it’s close to the tram and bus stop. We felt very safe in the area being two female travelers. We will definitely be back.

Very cozy with a balcony overlooking the street. It was clean and close to shopping and dining. Hospitality hot drinks and snacks were wonderful while waiting for our room accommodations to be readied for us. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Very nice and helpful cleaning staff caretaker.

Central location and was clean. Airport transport is $50. Taxi was cheaper. I only saw one staff member at the property that I had trouble communicating with. She was kind, but was not able to help me much. You have to message/call another staff member in order to get help with any questions.

The venice lion residence was absolutely clean and their staff are really nice. A coffee machine located in a relaxed area made us relax to have a better day. If the entrance gate would work properly with electrical remote which it didn't I could suppose five stars hotel in overall. It would be one of my favourite choice if I want book a hotel for holiday again.

Very cheap but up to hotel standards, self-check in without needing arrangement. Shared washroom and the room were very clean and functional. Room had its own sink. Fridge even came with two waters.

3 grocery stores in close distance. Easy access to the bus to Venice. 9 minute walk. The taxi back to the airport was only 35 euro for the 2 of us, and only 10 minutes, where the bus, which was confusing, was 20 and took an hour. Viola and Paola were very helpful in arranging the taxi. There was a coffee machine that mqdd multiple types, including hot chocolate and lemonade, that was good. Very clean bathroom with a washing machine. We would stay again.

We did not receive an email with the code to unlock the main door and had to track down the manager to let us in. There’s no one in reception most of the time. There’s a long, steep staircase up to the main entrance. Our room was small and had a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was large and modern.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Venice Lion Residence - Vespucci war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, und die Atmosphäre war ruhig, was ich besonders schätzte, obwohl die Unterkunft an einer Straße liegt. Die hervorragenden gastronomischen Optionen in der Nähe – die erstklassige Bäckerei und die fantastische Pizzeria – machten meinen Aufenthalt noch besser. Das Personal der Unterkunft war stets bemüht, meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir bei meinen Anliegen zu helfen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
