  • Magnificent apartment on the first floor with three bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds that can be joined into a double and another with two single beds), two bathrooms, full kitchen, large dining room with two comfortable sofas.
    Suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has air conditioning in every room, smart TV in every room and free Wi-Fi.
    The apartment is located on the first floor with only 15 steps!
    It enjoys a strategic position: it is very close to Piazzale Roma and the only train station in Venice (Santa Lucia).
    Close to Campo Santa Margherita, a lively neighborhood full of characteristic places.
    There are 3 supermarkets and other grocery stores nearby.
    It is also close to the Zattere, a magical and romantic place, along which you can take beautiful walks at dawn or dusk, enjoying a wonderful atmosphere and why not? you can even go jogging

    IMPORTANT: It is possible to leave your luggage in a storage room in the apartment before check in or after check out.

Elisabetta was an amazing host, or should I say super host. The place had plenty of space and had everything we needed and more. She provided recommendations to great food places and sites to see. It was a pleasure meeting Elisabetta and her family. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

The place was fantastic in the heart of Venice. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and comfortably slept 6 individuals. The hostess was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure everything was as easy as possible for us from poo t of arrival at the airport to departure. We will definitely stay there again if our adventures ever bring us back to Venice. I can honestly say it’s been our best accommodations experience when renting a place for a few nights!!

Amazing host that responded promptly to my many questions. Her daughter met us at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. Host reserved our transportation from the airport and to the cruise bus pickup. Location quiet but close for walking to St Marks Square and anywhere else we wanted to go. Great space for 5 people and will definitely return when back to Venice.

Elisabetta was wonderful and very professional host. She met us at the bus station and walked us to the apartment. She spent time with us and went over everything. Book this property you won’t be disappointed.

Large apartment with 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 baths, which was perfect for 3 couples. Great communication with the host. Really appreciated being met at the Alilaguna stop and being led to the apt. Located in a less busy part of Venice, but only a short (20-30 min) walk to San Marco Square, Rialto bridge. Highly recommend!

Truly an amazing experience from arriving at Venice until our departure. The owners not only picked us up at the garage. They actually helped carry our luggage to our apartment.! They showed us a wonderful restaurant and all the things we needed to know about our short stay in Venice. The apartment was very well equipped and in a great location would give it a 10 star if available. Would definitely use again when in Venice amazingpeople great apartment.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this charming apartment. It was centrally located and easy walking distance to many of the Venice attractions. Elisabetta and her daughter Camilla were a joy to deal with. Aways prompt with responses to questions and always willing to help out with whatever our needs were. Whether it was a restaurant recommendation or booking a water taxi, they were always there when needed. We were only there for 3 nights, but we left feeling like we had made new friends in addition to finding a great place to stay. I would highly recommend Elisabetta's place if you're looking for a very nice and convenient place to stay as well as wonderful people to deal with.

My granddaughters and I have been staying in VRBO’s in Europe for the last five summers. Elisabetta is far and away the best host we have had. She arranged for a water taxi from the airport and met us at the canal to escort us to the property. The property was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the location as it is slightly away from the high tourist areas. It is a short walk from a water bus stop. We had one of our best meals ever at Antico Capon Trattoria. When we told them we were staying at Ca Vittoria they took us to a reserved table and seated us even though we did not have a reservation. If you stay here you must get pastries from Major Coffee Shop at least one morning. They are wonderful. Could not recommend this house and location highly enough.

Our host greeted us at the train station when we arrived to walk us to tho apartment and even helped with our luggage! We enjoyed our stay in the quiet, conveniently located apartment. There was a piazza around the corner with a market and many restaurant options. The 3Euro pizza slice was delicious, the best pizza we had in Italy. The host and her family reached out to see if we needed anything which was very kind and appreciated. We loved having a washer and dryer and even used the clothes line to hang our clothes out to dry. I highly recommend!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and have never had such a helpful and accommodating host. Elisabetta is a jewel. The apartment is lovely - clean, well appointed and in a great neighborhood. We highly recommend staying there.

This was a great stay in a lovely home! It was a great location near many top sights. The home was very clean and a great setup for friends or families. Elisabetta was a great host and helped with anything we needed.

What an amazing place to stay. Great location too! The communication was perfect with so much help with reservations and water taxi just a few steps to the apartment and no steps or bridges to have to navigate with our luggage. Phenomenal hospitality. The host was so kind and helped us coordinate our travels that day and navigate to the apartment. She thought of everything, providing shampoo, ponchos for the rain, and much more. The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable too.

Nice stay, plenty of room for the three of us. Elisabetta is a kind and gracious host, meeting us at the train station on the first day to guide us to the apartment. Google Maps worked well in Venice, making for easy walking directions. We enjoyed our stay in Venice, we would recommend this apartment to any group looking for a bit more space than a hotel.

Réservez sans douter ! L'appartement est extrement bien placé dans un quartier calme. A l'angle de la rue, vous y trouverez des restaurants, superette et boulangerie. Il n'est qu'au 1er étage, ce qui est un vrai avantage après de longues journées de marche.C'est un appartement qui a été réellement habité : il est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. 3 chambres, 3 WC et 2 salles de bain : c'est très confortable et décoré avec gout. Enfin, la propriétaire est un amour qui est venue nous rejoindre à la descente du bus pour nous guider vers l'appartement.
