    This property was ideally located for a family who had never been to Venice before. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and we were able to correspond with the manager easily. We would definitely return or recommend to others!

    We had a great stay at this property. Andrea, the host, was very helpful during the check-in process. The property is located close to the Bus(Boat) stops - 6 mins walk, and also very close to lots of restaurants. Property is kept very neat and tidy. Andre was very helpful in agreeing to a late checkout for us as we had a late return flight. Overall great experience, will definitely book again !!

    Very happy with everything. I was confused as to why the host required our passport information but it turns out it is common practice to request it in Italy. Andrea was very responsive to our needs and communication was excellent. The apartment was lovely.
