The apartment is well-connected to public transport, just a 5-minute walk from the San Stae and Rialto Mercato vaporetto stops, with direct vaporetto service to Rialto, San Marco, and Marco Polo Airport.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

We’ll welcome you personally upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available to assist with any needs, either via Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number we’ll provide.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, availability is limited and the following surcharges apply, payable upon arrival:

From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 a.m.

After 8:00 p.m., you can check in on your own by filling out the online check-in form and scheduling an appointment with our staff for the following day, between 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., so we can verify your identity and collect the tourist tax.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
