Perfect place to relax

We spent two weeks with family in this beautiful house. The house was newly and tasteful refurbished and is extremely well equipped with everything you need. We spent very relaxed days at the pool and the very large wonderful garden. We enjoyed the absolute silence, the peacefulness and the privacy of the estate. The house is situated on the countryside at the edge of a beautiful forrest. To Soulac with its fantastic beach and nice shops and restaurants it’s a 15 minutes drive. The chateaus of Médoc are close by. The contact with the owner was very pleasant and uncomplicated. We highly recommend this house and may come back.

Magnifique !

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de merveilleuse vacances : - maison très agréable, confortable et spacieuse, super équipée dedans comme dehors (il y a VRAIMENT tout ce qu'il faut et plus encore, en quantité et en qualité) - terrasse couverte pour le soleil (comme pour la pluie !) - très grande piscine chauffée, - vaste jardin bien entretenu, - et la mer à proximité, les marchés, le phare de Cordouan, l'estuaire, les caves, etc... Hôte très sympathique et réactive en cas de besoin. Bref, c'était parfait !

Séjour parfait !

Pour la deuxième année consécutive, nous revenons passer nos vacances en Gironde dans cette magnifique propriété. La situation idéale, proche de la mer et entourée de nature, le calme et la qualité des équipements (belle vaisselle, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner) nous ont poussé à revenir. De plus, les propriétaires, sont joignables à tout moment et très réactifs pour la moindre question. Bref, à recommander vivement!

Super séjour !

Maison conforme à l’annonce avec tout le confort nécessaire. Tout y est pour passer un superbe séjour : hyper bien équipée, confortable, spacieuse, climatisée et que dire des extérieurs et de la piscine chauffée ? Rien à redire en fait…l’avancée sur la terrasse vous permet de vous prélasser à l’ombre toute la journée, la cuisine d’été et sa superbe plancha vous raviront (toilettes extérieurs inclus pour les moments de baignade hyper appréciables), le terrain vous permet de jouer avec vos enfants ou entre adultes, récolte du potager bio incluse…bref, nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette maison et y avons été accueillis comme chez nous, n’hésitez pas une seconde ! L’environnement est très calme, dans la nature, les biches s’invitant même à portée de vue au bout du jardin, un beau spectacle !

Magnifique propriété

Notre séjour (15 jours) s’est très bien passé ; la maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos du site. Nous avons apprécié son confort (literies, canapés), son équipement (dans les 2 cuisines - dans la maison et à l’extérieur), l’espace extérieur qui est très bien entretenu, ainsi que leurs propriétaires qui sont très attentifs (accueil avec une bonne bouteille de vin et une bouteille d’eau pétillante) et réactifs (quand nous leur avons signalé que, durant la seconde semaine, la piscine commençait à verdir, quelqu’un est passé pour y remédier dans les 10 minutes qui ont suivi mon message). Très bonne adresse donc!

Magnifique séjour

Nous recommandons vivement cette location. La propriétaire est disponible pour toute question et charmante. Les équipements de la villa sont de grande qualité, la piscine est splendide et l’environnement est très calme. La plage est à moins de 15 min de voiture. Bref, c’est parfait !

Maison très bien équipée sur un immense terrain avec une piscine chauffée de 12x6 mètres Idéale pour passer de bons moments, grand jardin très agréable avec une cuisine d’extérieur, barbecue, plancha… belles prestations et communication avec les propriétaires très facile. Adresse à retenir!!

Un séjour au calme avec un cadre exceptionnel

Magnifique propriété

Magnifique maison avec une belle piscine chauffée. Maison avec tous les équipements modernes et fonctionnels. Propreté impeccable et prise en compte des réglés sanitaires pour le covid (draps en pressing, nettoyage …). Propriétaires sympathiques joignables et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu.

Séjour en Médoc

Excellent séjour dans une maison très très bien équipée (équipements cuisine, vaisselle, tv, chambres). Du matériel de qualité, une literie de qualité. Une belle piscine, des espaces extérieurs parfaitement entretenus, un potager mis à disposition ainsi qu'un framboisier. Des salons extérieurs très utiles car abrités par temps de chaleur. Un accueil sympa de la part d'Alexandra, et un disponibilité en cas de questions d'Isabelle. Vous le comprendrez pour des vacances de déconnexion dans un cadre nature avec du confort je recommande cette magnifique maison.

Ideales Haus zum Entspannen mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten Mal eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht, das komplett ausgestattet ist, eine hochwertige Küche aufweist und nichts vermissen lässt! Überragend sind der beheizbare tolle Pool und der riesige, gepflegte Garten. In diesem Jahr hatten die Besitzer sogar einen kleinen Gemüsegarten angelegt, so dass wir jeden Tag frische Tomaten, Zucchini und Auberginen ernten konnten! Alles in allem ein perfektes Haus für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Absolute Empfehlung!

Parfaite

Bonjour, Couple, 3 enfants (6, 10, 13 ans), nous avons l’habitude des locations. Celle-ci à Vensac a été la meilleure. Elle est très récente (ou rénovée), cuisine très bien équipée, 4 vraies chambres avec des vrais lits, clim, tv au top, pc avec imprimante et grandes sdb et j’en passe. Grand jardin super entretenu, mega piscine de 12m, une terrasse couverte pour manger, même un potager où l’on peut se servir ! Une précision : l’arrivée est à 16h00 et non à partir de 16h. Et un bémol : le voisin a un poulailler avec des coqs. Cela peut représenter une gêne pour les dormeurs au sommeil léger. Sinon, parfaite !!

Super maison !

Maison très bien équipée, très propre et conforme aux photos (voire mieux encore). On ne manque de rien c'est appréciable. La communication avec la propriétaire est facile et elle est souple sur les conditions d'arrivée et de départ. Le terrain est super grand, idéal pour jouer au ballon ou faire courir les enfants. La piscine est chauffée, un vrai bonheur. On a passé une semaine géniale dans cette maison ! On recommande :)

Perfect Getaway

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this stunning property. The photos do not do the property justice ! We loved the summer kitchen by the pool, the beautifully tended, huge garden, and even with 4 adults and 4 teenagers, there is enough space to relax for everyone. The owners are very helpful and responsive, so was Cassandra, who looks after the property locally. I can highly recommend this villa, it is really the perfect getaway. Thank you Isabelle and Gabriel

Une résidence qui donne envie de revenir

Nous pouvons absolument confirmer l'appréciation précédente. Nous avons passé deux semaines dans une jolie maison moderne, renovée, très bien aménagée, climatisée et très propre. Il ne nous manquait de rien. Les enfants ont énormément profité de la piscine chauffée qui est également agréable pendant des journées moins chaudes. Même quand il pleut c'est agréable de manger et de passer du temps sur la terrasse couverte. Il y a une immense pelouse où l'on peut jouer au foot, au fresbee etc. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette maison. L'intérieur est joliment aménagé, parfaitement conforme aux photos. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie excellente. A l'extérieur, la terrasse bien protégée du soleil est très agréable, avec le coin repas et le coin salon. La piscine est assez grande (12m), entourée d'un grand terrain bordé d'arbres et sans aucun vis-à-vis. La cuisine extérieure et le barbecue permettent de profiter largement de ce cadre agréable. L'accueil était agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location.
