Beautiful and comfortable little beach house - we loved the proximity to the beach, and the outdoor shower. The kitchen was small but well stocked with cooking equipment and the garden was lovely. We'd definitely recommend this house to others.

It was so beautiful and quiet we got to see bunnies and possums foraging in the back yard and with a 2 minute walk we where at the beach with the wallabies and such a short drive in to cowes this was an amazing stay, we will definitely be back ! And not to mention all the games outside and in for the kids to play with was great !

Quiet beach house close to Cowes and the Penguin parade, 2 minute walk to the beach.

We were looking for a quiet weekend away nestled amongst the trees and close to the beach. We got all of that and more, the property had everything you could ask for including personal touches such as tea light candle refills, scented candles, salt lamp and critters outside at night. If you are looking for a holiday away from the crowds this is it. We had a very relaxing time there.

Beach house on Phillip Island

The location was ideal within easy walking distance of the beach in a quiet area and within a short drive from everything we needed. The house was very comfortable and well set up for a family, with its only drawback being a very small kitchen.

Great cozy beach house
