The staff was great! The room was quite small. We registered for a queen bed but received 2 small double beds pushed together, which is not the same as a queen bed. The bathroom was good size. The best part was the balcony! Absolutely spectacular! The views were incredible.

Hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and the airport shuttle ran about every half hour all throughout the day and night. (However, don't count on the driver to assist with loading your luggage in the back of the shuttle bus - there's a sign on the bus door that says they won't). Lobby was clean, but there were buckets sitting around to catch rain leaking from the ceiling. There is a bar restaurant and another restaurant. We ate in the bar restaurant, where there were about 8 other tables of people. It took over an hour to be served a bowl of soup and a cheese pizza.
The halls were extremely dark, and we walked about 10 feet in total darkness before it triggered the lights to come on. The hall was lined with quite a few room service trays both on arrival and our departure.
The room was clean, and included a hot water pot with coffee / tea packets, a blow dryer, and shampoo/bath gel. It was spacious enough.
The complimentary airport shuttle was the big draw for us (as long as you don't need assistance loading your luggage).
