The trip started very bad at the check-in, as there was missunderstanding about the SPA access. There is no SPA Access included on the price for hotel guests. Trées beau chalet sur les hauteurs de Gérardmer. Très bien équipé et avec une vue sur les montagnes te le lac à couper le souffle.Excellent service, de l'accueil à la réactivité en cas de questions ou problèmes.
