In stain in many hotels and Rentals in the past, it was overpriced for not being right off the beach as mentioned as well as the communication was very poor. I rented a place so I would be able to grill my oatmeals. I asked for propane and never received it. I had to take my stakes back with me and unfortunately it was ruined.

We enjoyed our stay and Ventura. This studio was perfect for two. Lights light from windows. No AC but that was OK. With the windows open all we needed was a fan to keep the air moving. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and even some spices in the cupboard. And having a washer and dryer at our disposal a real plus.We enjoyed the view from the patio with our coffee every morning!

This is a great studio apartment. I rented it because it has a full kitchen and I appreciated the opportunity to bake a favorite recipe while staying there. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. I hope to stay here again.

I stayed for a month total. I loved the property and the location. Wished I could have rented permanently! Such a beautiful View, and I felt safe and very comfortable . Cute Apartment with an Awesome View

This cute apartment was a convenient walk to downtown and midtown Ventura. It was very clean, a very comfortable bed, an awesome ocean view, bright, good shower water pressure, nice kitchen with Kuerig coffee maker, and laundry inside!

Loved this place!

Excellent location for visiting Ventura! We walked to the beach (approx 15-20min) and to the Main St pedestrian zone (10min). Clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio soaking up the view and the sun. We will definitely be back!

VRBO with a fantastic view

We really enjoyed our four day stay at this location. The bed was extremely comfortable and was a Tempur-pedic that was adjustable. The TV is only streaming which is fine and the TV is gigantic should you need to use it. finally, the view at night, watching the sunset over the ocean, and Channel Island was enjoyable each evening.

A great place in Ventura

I have stayed in hotels in Ventura for years on work trips. I decided to try this studio on a recent trip. Best decision I have made. It is clean, a few blocks walk to coffee and eats in downtown and if you work from where you stay, even if part of the day, you cannot beat the views from the small desk in the unit. Highly recommend Buenos Dias on Buena Vista
