Breakfast was good, problem we had was , they changed our credit card 250.00 for smoking in the room, this never happened, we contacted them and told them if you review your security cameras you will find on several accounts my wife and I went outside to smoke, while taking our pup out , I was left a message the next day by the manager, that it didn’t matter if we smoked in the room or not , and that it’s private property, and they have a zero tolerance smoking policy, however, both my self and my wife observed a clearly marked smoking area , and used it , my question would be why would you have zero tolerance, and provide a smoking area , they have refused to refund the money, also the air conditioner and heat and fan did not work they also refused to do anything about that , we had to stay in a room that was hot and stuffy , and had no air circulation, they didn’t care , I informed them before we left, they didn’t want to do anything about it, safe didn’t work, the said sorry they would credit me 10.00 dollars , I have been staying at this place since 2021 and have never had a problem until the last 2 times 2026 , will be filling a dispute with my bank, and if we don’t get a 250.00 credit back we will be filing suit against the hotel for the smoking charge, stay away if you need air conditioning or a safe, they don’t work, all issues were reported and again they refused to do anything.
