El hotel estuvo mal en cuestión de mantenimiento, todos los días se descompuso el elevador, el internet estaba terrible porque nunca me pude conectar, no había agua caliente en la regadera, uno de los colchones ya estaba deforme y aunque diario hacian el aseo en la habitación, me encontré un par de cucarachas. El lobby apesta a humedad

El aire acondicionado no tenía mucha potencia pero fue suficiente. La cortina del baño, las losetas y el cesto yo donde dejan los jabones estaban sucios y polvosos. El baño tenía moho. De las 2 habitaciones que habíamos reservado, elegimos solamente usar una, porque solo 1 de los cuartos tenía ventana al exterior (hacia un edificio contiguo en ruinas). El Elevador no sirve, cosa que no mencionan en la publicación, y en esta ocasión llevamos adultos mayores con prótesis de rodillas. El ambiente se nota silencioso y algo tétrico. Las empleadas no eran groseras pero tampoco serviciales. Las fotos están bien editadas para parecer clásicas y limpias pero no es así. No lo recomiendo. Pásima experiencia.

Fue una gran experiencia, pero los dos últimos días se descompuso el elevador , somos de la tercera edad y nos tomó más tiempo y energía subir y bajar escaleras por lo demás fueron muy buenas vacaciones.

Nunca pude averiguar que tan bueno pudo ser ya que desde el primer día que llegue a realizar el check in me pidieron cancelar las reservas del hotel único detalle no tenían energía eléctrica

El check in no fue bueno por error se hizo el cargo en 2 pagos, que despues fue problema porque el otro inconveniente fue que se fue la luz del hotel y cancelé por quedarse sin clima la habitación y decidí por cancelar y reservar en otro hotel, el personal no podia hacer la cancelacion del pago y la respuesta por parte del contador no fue muy amable

El Hotel esta hermoso, muy bien ubicado y tiene todo lo que necesitas para descansar, ame que aunque afuera había demasiado ruido adentro esta super tranquilo y no se escucha el exterior, lo único a lo que le pongo pero es al estacionamiento, es muy pequeño, sucio, tiene fugas de agua, y es muy complicado estacionarse por las columnas, además de que es preocupante el observar que se encuentran muy golpeadas por los autos, considero necesitan refuerzo y reparación.

El hotel se encuentra con muy malas condiciones de limpieza, el aire acondicionado, muy obsoleto y hace mucho ruido durante las noches. Me encontré una cucaracha en mi habitación y no fueron a hacer la limpieza, a pesar de qué lo reporte, el estacionamiento, muy pequeño, los colchones de la habitación, aguados y viejos Las toallas muy sucias, en general, mala calidad de Hotel
