“It’s a well curated place with 6 bungalow’s and a nice pool, overall done with care and good taste However it’s overpriced for what you get especially considering that it is located in a very rough and poorly maintained area with abandoned constructions projects , junks and hazards around the property, access to the tiny beach require going through concrete waist and rusted metals, to be fair it’s pretty much all over Santa Catalina not just this property. The other reason I think is……

“Beautiful casita, impeccably maintained. Kitchen had what we needed, even a blender for our morning smoothies (thanks Gisela!). The entire property is lovely, and again impeccably maintained. Pool was great too! The view from our casita was awesome. Gisela and Guido are terrific. So helpful on many levels. They both spent time speaking with my husband and I about the area and Panama in general. Beaches are lovely. We ventured out to Playa Morillo and watched the surfers, had a few drinks at the……
