The house is situated in a residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars, at 500 m from Playa L'Almadrava beach and at 0,5 km from Mediterraneo. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The accommodation offers a garden with trees. The vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, places to go out, sights and culture makes this a fine house to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends and even your pets.

Toller Aussenbereich!!

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön! Das Haus wirkt auf den Bildern größer als es vor Ort ist. Die Sauberkeit war gut & die Lage ist toll. Der Außenbereich und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber, toll war das zwischendurch immer Gärtner kamen und alles wieder auf Vordermann gebracht haben. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts eine Baustelle im Nachbar Garten und eine zweite kam in der letzten Urlaubswoche auf der anderen Seite hinzu.
