「The property was beautiful, totally loved it. Bed was comfortable, sitting room small but comfortable and loved the outside. A lot of amenities. Two things to be aware of, as mentioned in the description, there is no shower just a tub and there is no hose attachment to the tub faucet (I assume to prevent people making a mess with the water), so could be tricky. And second, the stairs and/or path to the space is a bit rough, steps are big and steep (mind u I am only 4'9), and if u go around...

「Great location near Sugarbush. Clean and quiet.」

「The place was very nice and kept up. I would stay again.」

「Very lovely space in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located and walkable to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Highly recommended.」

「Lovely one bedroom getaway. Perfect for a couple and a dog. Lots of nice walking near there and easy to get downtown! Great air conditioning and well stocked kitchen!」

「This is a gem of an historic property! It has been pain-stakingly restored and furnished. There are two large bedrooms with plenty of storage for a longer stay. The location is excellent and host is remarkably attentive. It is a perfect respite after a day of exploring the countryside and city. We will call this home for our bi-yearly visit to VT.It is truly a five star experience」

「The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.」

「This was a perfect 2 bedroom apartment for our needs in a house with grassy yard. It was 5-10 minutes from Burlington and a convenient location, big driveway for parking. Great bagel place Green Mountain Bagels up the street. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. Errin was very attentive made sure the check in process was easy; and offered any assistance, which we did not need! Would recommend!」

「It was.a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. Very clean and functional. The beds are comfortable. All good. We may stay here again in the future.」

「Cute studio apt. Very clean. Plenty of room for 2 adults. Bed was very firm but very comfortable, pillows not so much. Great location right across from waterfront and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and market place. Appreciated the coffee in the morning.」

「Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.」
