“The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!”

“No where to park to drop off or pick up bags as other hotel users left their cars and went off to have breakfast in morning. Rooms very bland and boring. A bit shaby and worn. Should have had a room over pool but given room over noisy road. Went back to complain and reception reluctantly gave us a room over pool. No sleep as bar was noisy so you have choice, noisy bar or noisy road. Breakfast was ok, food a bit dry and overdone. If staying for one night fine any longer then find another hotel.”
