「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. 「Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Auch die Lage war perfekt um am Abend zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu gehen. Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke war auch sehr ideal. Mühsam war das Check In. Es gibt nur Online Check In, was ja normalerweise kein Problem ist. Es gibt für die Unterkunft aber so viele verschiedene Schlüssel und Codes, dass es sehr Mühsam war. 「This was such a cute place and had a communal kitchen. The "Grey" room is lofted, so maybe not best for those that have trouble with stairs, but I loved it. I wish I had more time to spend in my room. Great shower too and Manuele was so nice! I had to show him my passport when I checked in and pay the tax, just a few euros. Not sure why it wasn't all included, but I had cash. Great place overall, be prepared for an uphill walk that's well worth it!」
