Garage available for recreational storage, but not vehicle use
Guests should enter through garage for easy and convenient access.
There are three steps to enter the home, but no additional steps inside the home.

Pets are not permitted. Boat parking not available.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival are refundable minus a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellation or alteration requests must be initiated through the channel or website that you booked with. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy unless booking insurance was purchased at time of booking.
