「Had such a wonderful stay at Chateau Royal! I am from New Iberia, but we have outgrown our family home, so in recent years have needed to find alternative places to stay. This is our new favorite place. It was clean and well stocked. Within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, shopping, City Park. Great view of Bayou Teche from back deck. Plenty of room for family to visit. Mickey made sure we had everything we needed. We needed extra space, and booked Bayou Chateau next door last...

「The perfect little modern farmhouse! 10 minutes from Festival International, but felt like a fairytale. We couldn't have asked for more! Amazing secluded spot in a residential neighborhood. The best of a central location while feeling miles away. Host was attentive and kind. 」

「Our stay was wonderful. The location was very rural which made it very quiet and peaceful. The view from the screened area in the rear of the river was relaxing (and bug free). Glasses and plates were plentiful. Short on eating utensils. Just grab some plastic with a carryout meals. The pictures of the inside and outside was exact. Very clean and well maintained. 「This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. 」

「This house is fabulous, from the grounds to the pool to the furnishings. It easily accommodated 11 of us (we also rented the cottage) and was, surprisingly, very quiet. It is an older house, but has been beautifully updated. Bathroom counter space was a challenge and some of the tubs (claw foot) required stepping up, but there is a walk in shower in the master so it was all good. The location was perfect as we took several day trips and were able to get right on the interstate or local...

「Beautiful tiny house, perfect for a solo guest : clean, furnished and decorated with care and taste, well located.The only improvement I could suggest would be to replace the old AC unit with a new generation unit that is much quieter.」

「Amazing stay!! My family and I did not want to leave! This house was soo clean and the king bed mattress was soooo comfortable! The house was beautifully decorated and just felt like home! They provided some snacks and drinks and the kitchen was stocked as well as the bathrooms. We forgot shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they supplied all of that! They were very helpful and answered us fast when we had any questions. We cannot wait to stay again when we come back to Broussard! 」
