We arrived with dead phones, no charger, and facing a morning walk across town to the airport. The staff was so kind, let us borrow a charger and offered to shuttle us to the airport. Great room with even better staff. If I'm ever in Vernal again there's nowhere else I'd rather stay.

It took about 30-40 minutes to get checked in once in the AC was so loud that there is no way to run the AC and sleep. The sheets had a weird stain on them. overall not a great experience mostly due to the long check in

There was no indication anywhere that the default is a smoking room. Also no knobs on the stovetop.

Looks like the young couple running/owning the place are trying to bring it up. Needs a lot of work. But I suppose it is “average” for these one-off motels.

This is a budget motel in what a appears to be a rebuilding phase - some of the rooms seemed to be in the process of renovations. My room had been renovated so it was very clean, hardwood floors, nice bed. What I appreciated the most was the great service. Our fridge stopped working and it was replaced immediately. That and the nice fluffy towels.

Room was clean. Hot water immediately at tap and good shower pressure. I did need to call the contact number during office hours in order to check in. I would stay there again.
