Had to wait a little bit for someone to come to the front desk. Luggage carts were coming apart. Booked into a handicapped room which we did not request. breakfast would have been better is someone had been checking on the food that was available. we were there for at least 20 minutes and no one came by. There were probably 2 bites of eggs left, 2 muffins. Place needs some loving care.

Awful, awful dirty. There was so many disgusting things in the room. Like toothpaste on the sink and hair on the floor a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. Food stains on the walls and light switches. Outlets sparking when trying to use. I had to be let in a vacant room to use the bathroom. The keys stopped working due to the card reader batteries died. We were locked out of the room for an hour. The young lady went down to get another set of keys us and/or help but didn’t return. I went down to see what the problem was and she was taking a reservation on the phone. We were present and made to wait. Tv didn’t work until after we finally got back into our room on the second day. Pool and spa broken. No concessions offered only excuses. Upon checkout I was asked to give them a 7/10 or 3/5. They are working on a GW plus banner. Asked me to do it for her unborn child. It was horrible. Kids running up and down the hallways. Playing in the elevator, pushing every button with no supervision.

I understand your desired. before checking i was explained about Refund money and go to others hotel for pool and spa, its technical issue for electronics equipment , we are not able to fixed in same day. you was completely understand our pool and spa issue. we was not to force for checking. you was inssist to checking on reservations. and agree to our Hotel policy, Next visit make sure before book room for any hotel.

Staying at SureStay Plus Hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely spotless. The Manager and staff were accommodating and friendly. I felt safe and secure. I requested and was given a smoking room and there was not even the faintest smell of smoke when I entered the room.

Saturday morning like around 6am the fire alarm went off several times for no reason at all first responders showed up couldn’t find the problem had everyone rushed to check out because of it and the front desk lady was being rude.

The room was fairly clean and updated except there was a white stain on the red carpet. That made me worry. The smell of the entire hotel upon entrance was not good. The room smell was only slightly better. The worst part was the bed was rock-hard. This doesn't make for a good night's sleep. I would recommend that you replace all the beds and the carpets. There were also large gaps around the door that let in a lot of light. Weatherstripping would help. The blinds let in a lot of light, black-out curtains are a must in hotels. The TV didn't work. Also, please make sure that all stray hairs are removed. Don't you know that people pull the bedding back to check for bed bugs? Seeing long black hairs under your clean sheets is very disconcerting. There was also a black hair in the tub. It is sad to clean a tub so well and then leave hair behind.

Overall the property was okay and a value for the money. With that said, few if any staff were noted and the overall building was not maintained highly clean. In addition, while the room we had was spacious with some nice features (jetted tub and kitchenette) the bed, which should be the focus of the stay, was extremely uncomfortable.

It was filthy!!! Hair EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Light fixtures we’re all pulled out of the wall except one. Carpet was stained and smelled like pee. The side exit doors were not locked, opened to the public. Walls had dripping stains running down the wall. Room was very disgusting!!!!!!

Booked online a kitchenette for 2 days. When we arrived we dropped the luggage in the bedroom and went for supper. When back, we examined the room. The cover sheet of my bed had gross brown stains on it. The bed sheet had streaks of I don’t know what. The shower drain was clogged. Hair lol over the bathroom floor. Electrical outlets and fridge door handle were soiled. Very dusty carpet. The beds skirts had disgusting streaks of brown matters. Huge stains on the ceiling. So I went to the main desk and «informed » the clerk, who turned out to be the owner of the place. Harry something. After voicing my disgust to him he offered an other room. I went to inspect it and it was more of the same plus bugs (spider) on the bed sheet. Went back to the reception and I will spare the ridiculous discussion I had with that individual. In the end he called the police on us, me and my daughter, and in the end, we were successful in getting our money back, but not without fighting for it . We even had somebody from Expedia on the phone telling the police that the person Harry did charges Expedia even though if he said he didn’t. Anyway, I’ll spare tithe details but I can assure that this was by far the worst experience I had with a hotel. And all I asked for was a clean room. Stay away from that place I beg you.

Double size mattress impersonating a queen mattres
Room was advertised as gaving a queen bed. The bed was a double. My wife and I were uncomfortable in the bed, so we requested a rollaway. I was charged $20.00 for a rollaway that wa smaller then a single mattress. There was also minimal padding so all the mattress springs could be felt. I didn't even get a flat sheet, just a blanket. Walls were chipped. Shutters on the window were broken. Elevator carpet had a bad stain in the carpet.

Our room was dirty and the door was loose fitting and rattled. Just goto the other end of town for somewhat more decent hotels. In my opinion Expedia needs to drop this property bc it’s dirty and in disrepair.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was okay, older blanket on the bed. The pillows weren't the best.The heat/cooling unit had crumbs inside of the grill, peeling wall above the unit. The bathroom was okay. We couldn't get the channels on the television, but we were gone most of the time, so we didn't let them know. The walls were pretty thin, we could hear a person snoring at 2 am, from another room. We also had a guy beat on our door one morning at 5 am.The back entrance door to the building was always open. The breakfast was okay. The price was good, but not sure we would stay here again.

For the great price it was perfect. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was easy. Because people use the kitchenettes you might smell an odor at times in the hall (read this in other reviews too) but not your room. The large fridge was great. Our room was street side and it does get little noisy in morning hours. Spa was out of order which was disappointing and workout room is basically treadmill and some weights but for the price I would come back as the pros outweighed the cons.
