Better than pictures
We had a great stay in this property. We felt the unit was nicer and larger than the pictures, which was a wonderful surprise. Adam was always responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was supplied with everything you needed.

Perfect Temple Getaway

Great stay in a quiet place in Vernal!
This is a beautiful place to stay right by the temple and in the middle of town. It is convenient to everything you want to see. The property is beautiful. The hosts are really easy to work with and it is just what it looks like in the listing.

Everything went very smooth and host was very accommodating!
I really couldn't of asked for an easier process. Communication was perfect and they were very responsive! Also, they were very accommodating for the check-in/check-out process. Would definitely rent from them again!

Wow wow wow!!!
I literally don’t think I can do this property justice in this review, but I’ll try. This is without question, the cleanest place I have ever stayed. This includes hotels and other rental properties. I was so surprised that I started looking for dirt, dust, etc. I honestly didn’t find any. Every square inch of this property is spotless! Beautiful views, close proximity to everything in town, in fact we walked most places. Beds were comfortable, back yard was fully fenced and cared for. We visit Vernal at least a couple of times a year to visit family. This will be our go to. Every. Single. Time.

Great location in Central Vernal
As paleontologists who visit Vernal for field work frequently in the non-winter months, we had an excellent stay at this property and found it to be clean, well setup, spacious, functional, and in a great location just minutes away from everything. Highly recommended.

Great central location
This is a great spot for exploring Vernal and surrounding area, including dinosaur National monument, museums, and state parks. Homeowners were very responsive and the best hosts we've had! Also within walking distance of a grocery store.

Great Apartment in the Center of Vernal
We really appreciated staying on this apartment rather than slumming it in a hotel for a similar price. Parts of the place are a tiny bit dated, but very clean, and many parts have been renovated. The yard was a hit with the teens, and the play room a hit with the little kids.

Quick family visit
We visit our family in Vernal often. We decided to try something different than the local hotels. This property was a pleasant surprise, very cozy very well equipped and very well thought out. We will most assuredly be booking this property again. The owner was easily accessible, as were the local eating establishments and grocery stores. Added to this was a pleasant surprise of a hot air balloon lifting off from just behind the property the morning of our departure, how cool!

A great home base for visiting Dinosaur
Highlights: -incredibly responsive hosts -lots of space -nice touches (extra TP, plenty of towels, stocked coffee bar, etc.) -excellent TV options -clean -walking distance to groceries and restaurants and a block from the main strip. Be aware: -first floor bathroom is extremely tiny - just a toilet and a shower stall (no sink) and it’s really not functional if you’re over 6’ (or overweight, I would guess) -second floor bathroom is somewhat dated (but functional!) - house has air freshener plug ins (which some people love but make my family sneeze - we just removed them during our stay)

Perfect spot for a couple days exploring Dinosaur National Monument
The property for us was an excellent value for the nightly cost. It is situated right in the heart of Vernal, which is where you want to stay if you are going to see Dinosaur National Monument and surrounding areas to explore in Northeast Utah. It was extremely quiet around the rental. It came furnished with everything we needed (including extra towels and waters in the fridge). Everything is well kept - has a home like feel to it. Not a luxury property but that’s not what we wanted or needed. Would definitely recommend as your base camp place to stay. Especially if you have little kids, the backyard is grass and completely fenced in. Is a nice plus if you are traveling with younger kids.

Great place for the family to stay for a wedding at the temple. Host was great and very accommodating. The only item I would point out is that it requires stairs to get to the bedrooms.

Nice place to stay with kids
This place was great place to stay with our granddaughters. They loved the bunk beds and the wonderful toy closet. The backyard was large enough for the kids to run around. This home gave us plenty of room to spread out with the 3 adults and 2 kids. It was well equipped for cooking. The owner was easy to work with and checked in with us after our arrival to make sure everything was ok. If you visiting Dinosaur National Monument with young children I highly recommend this rental.

Awesome Location
Great quiet spot. Easy walk to grocery n restaurants. Worked well for large group of 8. Nice fenced yard and cute condo. 90+ degrees out made it hard for a/c to keep up, a bit warm upstairs but just closed up windows during the day and used provided fans at night. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect place for a family trip to Dinosaur National Monument
This was the ideal place for a quick, one-night trip from Salt Lake to see both the Dinosaur National Monument and the Utah State Field House Museum of Natural History. It was clean and convenient for our family of 7.

Ideal travel place
I am beyond satisfied with this location. The communication with the owners were spot on and helpful. The place is clean and very neat. It is basically stocked with everything you need to be frugal. We found items such as a bassinet or diapers (we didn’t need) but just thoughtful. The toy room for my daughter was awesome. The comfort to watch a movie or chill is just like home. If I am ever in vernal again I will only stay here.

Unprepossessing exterior but everything we wanted or needed!! The space was immaculate and supplied all the amenities we needed. Adam, the host, was responsive and accommodating and all adults in the party agree that we would choose to stay here again should the need arise.

Perfect getaway stay
We only stayed one night, but would definitely return and stay again. Everything was clean and nice. The place had everything we needed and more. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The check out expectations were clearly posted, which was super nice. We loved being able to walk right to the temple for a morning appointment. I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better.

Great family home
Adam and Amber have thought of everything for this cute family oriented home! Our boys were so excited to see toys in the toy room, yard games in the backyard, and board games for the family. It was a great feeling to come back to a nice home after a full day of exploring. We were also welcomed with a cute note and cookies upon our arrival. Very good at communicating and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Beds were soft and comfortable. Home is a smart home. Conveniently located just off their main street.

They thought of Everything!
Family vacation with a quick 2 day visit to Dinosaur National Monument. The place was just as described and more! Our hosts were awesome and thought of everything a family would need while traveling. Exceptionally clean, plenty of room for our family of 4, comfy beds and coffee for the am. Location was great, very close to all amenities and a nice 30min ride to the park. I would most definitely reccomend!!

We stayed in Vernal one night before heading out for a raft trip. Temple Place #2 was convenient to everything (walked to dinner, the raft place, a coffee kiosk in the a.m.) and had a lovely back patio and plenty of room to lay gear out and pack. Beds were comfortable, place was neat, cookies were a nice touch. The sinkless bathroom was a bit of a surprise, but other than that, it was just right for our needs, and Adam and Amber were super responsive.

Best VRBO we've ever stayed at!
We had been hiking all day and were exhausted, it was so nice to open the door and everything was so clean and nicely decorated. There was coffee and water available, it felt like our home for a few days. Adam was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. Great stay!

A Blessing
We rented both sides of the duplex to have room for our large family...boys had a duplex and girls had the other. It made for some great memories and special times! Each duplex was well stocked and very clean. This was the most complete kitchen I have been in yet in a VRBO. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Amazing Kid Friendly Condo
We had a wonderful vacation in Dinosaur Land! This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. Our kids loved all the toys and books, and we appreciated the high chair, pack play and kid cups and plates. The hosts were very generous with treats of cookies, tea, and hot cocoa. We had an amazing time and would stay again should we be back this way!
