Located in the historic centre of Vernazza, just a few metres from Piazza Marconi, the harbour and the beach, Petrella’s Point Studio is a cosy retreat, perfect for experiencing the Cinque Terre with complete freedom.



With direct ground-floor access and its proximity to the sea, the studio recalls a private beach cabin: step outside and you are immediately on the sand, return easily for a refreshing shower and head out again for a seaside dinner or a scenic hike.

Ground-floor open-plan space with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave and Nespresso machine), living area with double sofa bed and Smart TV



Wooden mezzanine with a comfortable double bed, intimate and welcoming



Private bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and continuous hot water system



Comfort & amenities

Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating (available from March 2025) and no external stairs, making the studio suitable also for guests with reduced mobility or families.

An ideal base for walking to restaurants, shops, the beach, Doria Castle and the hiking trails of the Cinque Terre National Park.

Pets

Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a supplement and in accordance with house rules. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas, are not allowed on beds or furniture and must not disturb other guests.



Important information

Check-in is in person and the arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur an additional fee; check-in after 22:00 is not accepted.

Due to the location within the Cinque Terre National Park, response times for technical assistance may occasionally be longer. By law, heating is not permitted from 1 April to 8 November.

A cave in disrepair

This is a dark cave with not much ventilation or light. The flooring is coming loose towel heater was nearly of the wall espresso maker was filthy and bad or no Wi-Fi. It is centerally located steps away from the main square. The staff are very polite and helpfull. There is a street lamp that is right above the front door that is illuminated all night and shines into the apartment. This apartment needs a major makeover.
