Place was amazing and close to the beach area. Staff provided incorrect direction, seemed pissed when we got lost, asked us to open a lockbox with no key inside and the Wifi was working intermittently.

The view was lovely over looking the water and the location was very central. It may be louder on weekends. The manager was very kind and met us to show up to the apartment near the meeting spot. The unit was cool from the air conditioning but the unit dripped water all night. I mentioned to the manager so hopefully it is fixed soon as it was pooling water near the door and noisy. We just stayed for one night.

There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and the manager got upset because I questioned the price. Housekeeping did not make the bed or provide fresh towels. The location is lovely, however, overlooking the beach.

Great location! Very near the water to catch water taxi and excursion boats. In the heart of restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is the furnishings to this room as it needs updated blankets, floor rugs, and shower was very small. However, the cool thing about this room was the window that opened up toward the plaza.

The location is beautiful, the view of the church and part of the bay is a good morning wake up dreaming view.. my only complaint was the arrival… the office was close at 4 pm and nobody was answering the WhatsApp contact. A lady open the door to the building where the office was located, and we where able to contact a different phone #, however we have to wait another 20 minutes to finally have the phone answer (they didn’t call back, even though they know we were waiting).. non issue if you are not tired, but we were exhausted after a long trip and a message from us was sent ahead of time notifying of the time of the arrival.. Otherwise, beautiful location
