「My husband and I stayed here for several days and enjoyed the space. It was very clean (I have high standards in this area) and everything was exactly as the listing noted, except we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer IN the unit, that came in so handy! There are a lot of steep stairs leading up to the unit and they are no joke. But that is true if you are coming to this area, period. There are lots of tiny, steep stairs everywhere. The ones at this apartment are no worse than anywhere...

「There was only one available person to transport us from the train station to this place, and delayed trains made it impossible to use him. YOU CAN NOT WALK to this WITH LUGGAGE. Consider this place if you are in great shape (for the 18" step going into the bathroom and the very narrow spiral stairs), and have a rental car. Great views. No food or restaurants in walking distance.」

「Overall very nice place and location. My only complaint is for the price they should invest in better towels, mattresses and pillows. It was a tough night sleeping in that old, very cheap, thin mattress and taking a shower and using those scratchy towels left you itchy. The rest was as expected. I think if they change those two things what they charge to stay there would make more sense.」

「A lovely little apartment in the heart of Monterossa. Fabulous location. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. We had a fire fly in the apartment one night which was like a visit from Tinker Bell. Beware, very hot water! We would not hesitate to stay there again. 」

「Lovely stay. The apartment was clean and well-situated. It had AC - which was critical in the heat wave. Communications were great. The cookware and dinnerware was plentiful and sturdy. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Super friendly responses to inquiries. Lovely decor. Truly a great place to stay!」

「Cute little place right down the street from the beach in Monterosso, complete with all the wonderful restaurants, coffee bars, etc. Very close to train station. Nice balcony overlooking the neighborhood fruit trees. It was great to be able to walk a couple hundred yards to the beach, shopping and eateries.」

「The railway station is directly below the apartment. This wasn't noted or listed and wasn't shown in the photo's. I was really disappointed that this wasn't made clear. The space also looks more new and fresh in the photos than it really is. The space is functional and generally clean, but things were old, dated and partially broken. I think the price didn't match what we paid for. The view from the balcony was amazing though, that was the biggest highlight. 」
